Then you should really go and talk to a doctor about the root cause of your ED, if you think it is physical rather than psychological.

firegoat is fully RETIRED from Thundersplace.

All injuries happen from "too much", or "too much, too soon" or "doing the exercise incorrectly".

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. The ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth. Basics.... firegoat roll How to use the Search button for best results

I have seen doctors and psychogenic has been ruled out as well as a specific kind of venous leak through penile doppler scan. Which is why I am trying to think of something I can attempt to do that might save me from going the implant route, which is quite scary!

Let’s see what Dr. Internet can do for you

Not watching porn is a good start. I’m guessing that having seen doctors you’ve already ruled out the simple things like overuse, psychological causes like stress, and things of that sort.
The go-to exercises for improving your erection quality and staying power is Kegel training. What sort of problem are you having? Can you not get aroused at all, is it difficult, or is it just an absence of spontaneous erections? Are you on any medications that could possible tamper with ability to get aroused, such as anti-depressants? Any long-term medical conditions?

Earliest reliable measurement (2015-06-15): 168mm (6.61") BPEL, no reliable EG measurement

Current (2015-06-23): 176mm (6.93'') BPEL, 110mm (4.33'') EG - Progress Thread

Target: 195mm (7.68'') BPEL, 125mm (4.92'') EG

So how is everyone? :)

5.3" NBPEL.

BPEL 6.5-6.7" Goal: Anything!

Girth: 5" but getting bigger. ;)

Sorry, I thought it was the other thread..

Thanks!
John

I had about a two year ED problem (I could not get ANY wood no matter how hard I tried) when I was about 20-22 years old. It stemmed from a failed relationship. I worked on the rest of my life, (work, things I wanted to do) gained much confidence, and suddenly found myself with wood again, it happens to many guys, more than will ever admit :)

I always say that any man below 50 who has ED , is not satisfied with his life. Maybe depressed, but not always. The problem isn’t physical. Something is bothering them and can’t change it or accept it. If you have an erection with viagra or cialis then nothing is physically wrong with you.Something is eating you. Consumes your energy and kills your mood. Once you solve the problem erections will be normal again. I strongly believe that.

Keep in mind that high blood sugar and heart condittions cause also ED. If you don’t fall in this category it’s always the other thing.

Miserable man, unhappy penis.

Have you had your hormones checked?

The following cause erectile dysfunction in men individually or in combination:

High or very Low prolactin
Low testosterone
High estrogen
High cortisol

Does a centimeter or 2, in length, makes any difference in sex?

I’m a 21 yo virgin and from southeast Asia. Recently I engaged into a sort of online relationship with someone from Europe. So far things are getting really good, except for the very recent communication problem(she’s 18 and her parents took her phone, she occasionally PMs me on Facebook on a random computer every now and then)

Just last month, she told me of her plans to come visit me within 3 years or so. She also hinted to me she wants to claim her spot as my first ever fuck. The problem is I’m REALLY anxious about my size. Hate to say it, but the stereotype about Asians having small dings is partially true (4 inches isn’t though! I’m at around 5.5). My question is, if ever she would definitely come here, would a European like her be contented with a 5.5 in Asian dick? Btw she is virgin too and I admit I’m really eager to impress at first try

Not as much as a centimetre or 2 in girth.

Libido is not a problem at all, I have a very strong sex drive. If I am not physically stimulating myself when I am turned on, I will end up with a lot of precum but my dick will be completely flaccid. If I sit a certain way, vigorously masturbate and clench my kegels I can get a good erection.. This will immediately disappear the moment any of those three things are stopped (position, vigorous stimulation, or kegel clench). This leads me to believe there is some sort of leakage problem.

Morning wood is barely there, once in awhile I’ll wake up with something that has very little staying power, but nothing remotely close to previously where I would have to aim my entire body down so as to piss into the toilet (to give you an idea of what I mean by morning wood with little staying power, if I got up on a certain morning where I did have some sort of wood, I would not have anything by the time I reached the toilet 20 seconds later).

I did take tramadol for a year to deal with chronic pain in my lower back (no longer an issue), and sometimes I fear that it might have done something, although there are not any studies to support that tramadol would cause long term erectile dysfunction.

From what I have seen so far it does not seem like the reason will ever be ascertained. So the question is now how to deal with it. Obviously an implant has many risks, yet there are many who push it off for those reasons, and when they get it 10 years later, are mad at themselves for waiting so long. The whole thing is obviously a huge mind fuck, and I’m just trying to approach the situation intelligently and with an open mind.

Also, pills have not worked. I can feel a slight difference, but still the exact same issues as above.

Chiropractors - yes or no?

I have head forward posture and some sciatica going on. I’m thinking of getting some regular sessions going, but I have never been to one. Are they witch dr’s or what?
