Wetttttttttt, i’m pretty sure for begginners if you are one, lube is half the CC stretch/form so watch it.

Save full erect jelqs for later if you’re a newbus. You should probably stretch after to stretch jelq damage forward in addition to stretching before since it helps warm up the jelqs targeted area. Not sure about your warmup if you have one but make sure you heat, stretch and helo shake your penis before jelqing.

Kegels… Hold excratory exit points…. A reverse kegel is like urinating and defecating. Same way as in the bathroom.

Lots of people do 2 on 1 off, or 5 on 2 off it seems, and who knows.

Ok. Kegels …next time you urinate try stopping the flow and start again 2-3 times. Notice the feel and what your body is doing. You should spot it easily..Then do the same thing without urinating. That’s a kegel. Got the point? It’s a muscle contraction down there. At first kegels aren’t easy to do but you ‘ll get used to it in time. Kegels offer you better ejaculation control and firmer erections. You could gain about 0.5 inch only by kegeling because you will improve the qualtiy of erections. Think of it as erection power at maximum.If you are cut wet jelqs are for you. If you are not you can do wet or dry. I only do dry. Go with the wet at first. Dry jelqs are very, I repeat VERY intense. Heavy workout. I would say that 50 dry jelqs equals 100 wet more or less. Also the procedure is slightly different than wet ones. You could get easily injured. Stick with stretches and wet jelqs for starters. You will see results. Don’t put high pressure on the dorsal nerve. It’s that big vein on the upper side of your penis. Put pressure on the sides of your dick. Warm up and down always. Never skip that.Never do 100% erect jelqs as they are dangerous and useful only for advanced and expert people. Good luck.

No clue, I think I’m small which I’m aware is irrational. I just want to drop my pants and have my girl brag about my size. Makes me feel like a man I guess. Lots of guys will say length then girth. I’ve always worked them both together, but I think an emphasis on length may not be a bad thing.


Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

It does make sense, I think I lost a bit of length doing high erection jelqing. Counter productive considering I’m wearing a penis extender 8-10 hours a day. I’ll just stick with stretching and ads.

When you don’t urinate or have to urinate…During your daily activities. Any time you feel likw. Remember that you have to do it only one time while urinating just to understand the procedure. After that you may kegel on every hour of the day.

Just a quick question, I’m using a rubber ball stretcher and want to know how long I can wear it safely? My ball sack is getting slightly cold, not too but there’s a temperature change. I wear it for an hour just to give some more info. But how would I know if it’s cutting the circulation off to my nuts?

Hi. My morning wood is something around once a week and a really shy one around 50%. Not sure about my night wood because I’m a heavy sleeper and when I sleep, I sleep for good (can’t notice erections during my sleep and didn’t wake up to pee).

Its been like this for few months and did not bother me, till now. Just checking in because my EQ is 9/10 since when I drop drastically the masturbation.

Been reading about PI and those woods are very important to grow, maybe this is what preventing me to increase my girth.

What should I do? Rest?

Currently on 2 ON / 1 OFF and my routine is on my thread. Thank’s.

Whats your age and fitness? What happens after your routine? (turtle or good hang?)

You might try some herbs that help with errections / blood flow .

I’m 26 and doing just the usual stuff, that is walking from home to work and from work to home, something around 6 km per day (monday to friday).

When I dropped the stretches didn’t seen to be turtling no more.

After session just a bit sored, didn’t notice a good hang aswell. My best flaccid hang occur while I’m working, far away from my session (weird).

I spend alot of time sitting down on office chairs, don’t know If this is effecting.
