Fucked up by using conditioner for a month and skins a bit irritated, is lullabies baby wash good for lube? I’m no PE expert so some input if that is a good solution would help.

Why would you be using conditioner on your penis? That’s odd, dude. If you’re skin is sensitive like mine, go buy some Natural Astroglide or use extra virgin organic coconut oil? I have to use coconut oil on my skin because of its sensitivity. And it’s also slightly antibacterial and antifungal, so it would help keep your dick clean at the same time. I even use coconut oil for deodorant and conditioner for my hair and beard.

I didn’t have lube plus living under the roof of religious extremists that basically snoop into everything doesn’t help. Baby wash will work, its for sensitive skin and is safer. My PE sessions have to be very discreet though but thanks for the concern.

I have a series of question/concerns and am wanting some input. I know these questions may remain in other areas, but this thread seems to produce some good talk

1. Your guys’ tips for performance anxiety? I recently devoted alittle of this during a awkward night where I could not get an erection due to possible over training of kegels.

2. I have been readying about Flacid hard lately, and t seems whenever I read about things like that my brain get wondering, “do I have this?” My reason for wondering is sometimes I do find my or is to be flaccid and rubbery feeling. Most of the time I notice this it is due to being alittle stressed, adjetated, or moving around a lot. What are your though to tell if you have this actually. Could having sex a lot cause this?

3. I have been doing a fairly extensive kegel routine up to about 2 weeks ago where I think I over trained. I started kegeling around 3 days ago, adding reverse kegels. I’m only 19, so should I even be worried about doing these? What would be a balanced routine.

4. HOw much soy actually effects your test levels? I noticed my GNC mega men’s sport vitamin “contains soy and fish oil.” My whey protein also does, does this even matter? Is it enough soy to be bad for test levels?

5. Any other advice to keep your mind from roaming and thinking something is wrong.

Remember PI is good to assess what could be going wrong. I avoid soy due to the estrogen it has so cut it, Kegals are more for blood flow and better EQ, they are important but for a young guy not the most essential thing ever.

Would you recommend just a newbie routine to get back into PE Again. For example, warm up for 5 mins, jelq a bit, cool down and have ample rest days?

Well I am in puberty still and am doing warm ups with minor basic stretching and 250 wet jelqs, 2 days on and 1 off. Message me I would love to help you with any concerns you have bud.

Why the hell are you doing PE during puberty? Your size is awesome and you will probably gain more. Wait until 21…
