So today I did 10 mn of pumping , tried to edge, released (first time in 5 days or so), and later proceeded to a 15 mn jelq session which went surprisingly well. I have noticed after I cum, my pen feels sorer during a PE session.
I have not watched porn for a week now.
Arggg I just broke my IR lamp I’m disgusted.
I did 10 mn of pumping, quite promptly followed by a very nice 15-20 mn jelqing session. Pumping seems to help me have a nice jelqing session. Hopefully I can continue to do short pumping sets, two a day would be better than one for erection quality.
And I added a last 10 mn pumping set to wrap it up.

I observed the same thing. Its very interesting. The provess of ejaculation does create an enviroment where a sore pain is felt with exercises. I guess its a chemical thing cause the same fatigue cant be felt if you dont come but might have even longer timed erections.
Yep, after I first saw you and the goat mention “quality jelqs”, my brain started working (about time!), and I tried to figure out what could that mean. When I saw your precise description of them (why not have a link to the post in your signature?) I had no more doubts how I should do them .
_ As slow as possible
_ Very focused
_A decent erection level (for me this is the main factor which may hinder the quality of the session)
_ A strong grip focusing on the sides, the ccs .
_ Feel the blood moving (a natural consequence of the previous ones)
_ My modest “idea on jelqing” which I add when erection level goes down, or when I want more intensity/more squeezing effect (easy to go overboard with it).
If I can do all the above the set can actually be too intense. When the erection level is quite high it feels perfect.
The jelq sessions felt even better after tunica stretches.

Nice engorged flaccid! Those short pumping sets are working well. Base girth is increasing when I pump, I hope it’s not mere fluid build up. I really don’t pump a lot but I’m pretty there’s a hint of lymph fluid in the skin. I hope I can keep going with this.
I still want to give a try to “my” ideas on tunica stretch right before girth work. I’d like some length too.
I didn’t think I would say this some day, but I may get myself some PE weights , along with a bib hanger. I really like monty’s approach to hanging and it makes a lot of sense to me.
