Halfway Through Newbie Routine

6 week update

I am officially halfway through the newbie routine!

Full stats from beginning to present:

Starting Stats: 4/8/14

BPEL: 5.75 ○ NBPEL: 5.25 ○ BEG: 5.00 ○ MEG: 4.75

Halfway Stats: 5/14/14

BPEL: 6.25 ○ NBPEL: 5.5 ○ BEG: 5.50 ○ MEG: 5.00

I’m not going to change/edit my measurements because I will feel like I am cheating myself, but I’m almost certain my starting NBPEL was closer to 5.00”. I believe this is the case because I know my BPEL was a hard press to make sure I got as much length as possible so I felt a little bigger, (haha who hasn’t done that), and my current BPEL has grown 0.5 inches from the first HARD pressed length, where my NBPEL has only went up 0.25 so I obviously must have fudged that first measurement just a little. Sorry guys only human here :)

I am completely surprised by the results in only 6 weeks. Half inch gain in length that is really noticeable, half inch gain in base girth, quarter gain in mid shaft girth, longer flaccid hang, and probably the best result for me, drum roll, a cock that gets so fucking hard I feel like I can rail the shit out of my wife, doggy style has never been more pleasurable.

Friday Night HIGHLIGHT

Update on my weekend which was awesome!

Friday - took the day off completely. No workout at all. Got drunk with wife, played video games watched some tv and had SEX.

Now, another positive experience and a good indicator my PE is going in the right direction.

It took me at least twice as long to get my dick inside her. I am lead to believe it is because of my new size. We haven’t exactly been having tons of sex lately.. I think last time was 2 or 3 weeks ago, so I’ve had significant gains since then.

Second, we do the sex talk thing, you know, “oh yea, you like that dick in your pussy” and “yea right there, fuck me” Well, our sex talk this time consisted of her saying “I love you, I love you, oh your dick feels so good, I love you,” basically that in repetition right up until she had the strongest orgasm she has had in quite a while. In fact I don’t remember the last time she had an orgasm like this, but I’m sure its been months (sorry baby).

Third indicator, usually to get her off, it takes some foreplay. There was no foreplay this time. Straight sex, and she got off in about 5-7minutes. Weekend Continued

Saturday- went PE CRAZY, (forgot to remove the last line in previous post)

Seriously, I jelqed, stretched and was fowfering every second of the day I could muster.

I would estimate a total of around 300 4-5second jelqs were done. When my dick was sore from jelqing I stretched. When my dick got sore from stretching I sat on the fucker while watching tv to keep it from turtling. When It stopped feeling sore I started jelqing again.

I’d say between all three of those exercises I spent almost 4 hours in training Saturday. All incognito too. Wife didn’t suspect a thing. When I was finished my dick feel so loose and stretchy which is not what it usually feels like because I believe I have some dorsal thickening. My flaccid lengths were great because of this.

Other than that nothing special, It just felt great to get such a hard workout. I mean I bet if I had measured Saturday I would Have been a half inch longer than usual.

Sunday- Again, Went P.E. CRAZY!

I only got about 2 hours of a workout in the morning though. Same routine as Saturday. The rest of the day I was busy out doors and couldn’t continue. I think for the next few weeks this will be my routine. Light training throughout the week, and a dick blaster Saturday and Sunday. I could start taking off Mondays for a refractory period.

Positive P.E. Results. I was curious about my new gains. So I decided, hey, I’m a lot bigger than before lets try on the condoms I used before my wife and I decided to get fixed. Trojan thins back then, they fit some what loosely but did not fall off during sex so I would say it was a good fit. Trojan thins Sunday, really tight and couldn’t get them to fit closer to the base of my dick. It stopped being able to roll on about 1-1/2 inches from the base of my penis. AWESOME! Another month of P.E. And I will be able to proudly say I cannot use regular size condoms and need to use magnums. I might just suggest to the wife trying out a condom again for fun, have her try to put it on, and watch as her faces turns to confusion when they don’t fit anymore haha. Not ready for that just yet though. Another 1/4” in MEG and ill think about doing it. I’ll of course post the story here if I do it. I’m sure I would get a couple laughs out of everyone here.

Sunday Night wife and I had sex AGAIN!

This weekend basically was fantastic up to this point, and then it gets topped off with another great orgasm from my wife. Once again it took a little longer than usual to get inside her. Heavy stretching in every angle known to man for 2 seconds per angle. As many repetitions as possible. (Fowfers when possible)

Wednesday-Thursday
Heavy dry jelqing routine, at least 200 jelqs per day, 4-5 seconds per jelq, 40-50% erection level. (Fowfers when possible)

Friday
Rest

Saturday-Sunday
Same routine as last weekend. Hopefully great sex again as well.

You’ve motivated me to start the newbie routine. I’m just curious what changes you made to the routine. You mentioned it in your original post but I haven’t found what those changes were.

Hey man nice to know you are becoming motivated to try P.E. It’s given me a lot more confidence and I’m only in my 7th week I hope it will do the same for you.

Okay I can’t remember exactly how detailed I was with my routine but here is a good break down.

Week 1:
Dry jelqing: I didn’t keep count. When my dick starts to get sore I stop. I would recommend at least 40-50 jelqs at 3 seconds per jelq. Probably not much more your first week.

You will have to dig in a little here about jelqing and find what works for you. I can do dry jelqs but from what I’ve read most circumcised guys can’t or have a hard time with it. My first week I didn’t really stretch much but I would recommend it. Another thing I recommend, a good warm up. I am sorry to say I do not do this enough. I would probably have had even better gains if I had done more warm ups. All you have to do is apply heat for about 5 minutes before your workout. It makes a huge change in how your workout feels and it improves your healing time as well which can relate to faster gains.

Week 2:
I started doing mini workouts

Same as week one but with small workouts every couple hours. 20-40 jelqs or a couple stretches when you go to the bathroom is what I prefer to do. Maybe even only 15 jelqs actually. It depends on the day.

Week 3:
I started to experiment with fowfers:
Don’t Measure it, Weigh it.
Read that thread, Big Girtha has seen some great gains and corrected his ED. He talks about a lot in that thread, all good information.

For me I like to do them while watching tv. Just pull out your dick to a comfortable stretched length and tuck it under one of your legs. I’ll do about 5-10 minutes on one side and then switch to the other. I now do these at work as well. My flaccid seems to have improved a lot more and I believe it helps with healing faster as it encourages blood flow to the penis.

Week 4:
Everything I’ve already listed. Do what makes you feel you are growing the best. I sincerely believe perception is one of the biggest factors in PE. If you tell yourself your big. Your fucking big. Change your perception of how you view your body and make it positive. Me, every time I take a piss now, (if no one is around), I say out loud, (quietly) damn I have a huge dick. Dead serious, no joke, I really do that. Also read everything you can on here. Stories, testimonials, advice, it’s years of data put together by men who have been successful and seen results. You can achieve this as well. Post your progress, tells stories about your gains and highlights this will help you keep on track.

Great progress! If there’s anything I could change about my PE career so far it would be that I should have stayed with the newbie routine until I stopped seeing progress. I got greedy and started hanging, hoping for quick growth results, but instead hit a plateau that I’m still trying to break. I had a little over an inch of length and half an inch girth increase doing the newbie routine for 3 months. Don’t fix what ain’t broke.

I went back to the newbie routine after no progress with 4 months of hanging and a 6 week decon break, but still no progress. I’m now clamping to see if I can break this plateau, hoping TNTJocky’s method works for me. I guess it’s possible that I’ve reached my limit but I sure hope not.

Almost There

Last post for today as far as my updates.

Post workout as I described earlier today I did some measurements for the hell of it. Not accurate as these are after a stretching routine but definitely promising.

Todays after workout measurements:

BPEL: 6.625” MEG: 5.125”

This is HUGE compared to my previous post workout measurements. The largest I’ve measured post workout is 6.375 BPEL. I believe I am measuring this big because of my intense routine I did over the weekend. I will measure before my workout on Thursday and we will see if I have met my 3 month goals but right now it is looking quite promising.

This to me indicates that my weekend workout was substantially better than what I’ve been doing. I will stick with this new routine and see where it goes. I’m thinking I will end up blowing away my 3 month goal. Maybe I can make it to 7.00” ‘BPEL!

ON MY WAY TO BECOMING HUNG. On the verge of being considered above average. If this keeps up I will probably be posting picks the end next week with my newly grown dick.

Good advice, I will stick with the newbie routine as long as possible and just vary the intensity of my workouts. From what I can tell though I have gained some damn good results compared to many. When I first started I was scared I would be one of the guys that didn’t experience newbie gains, but it turned out to be the exact opposite. I hope I do not reach a plateau anytime soon these gains are just to good to be true honestly.

I’m totally with you here bro. I’m a very optimistic person but for some reason, when it came to getting a positive mindset for PE, I totally expected that I’d be in that 1% of guys that could not gain. If you’ve read my story you’ll see that I nearly fell over when I realized I had gained 1”. One of the best moments in my life! I’m totally hoping for another one of those when I can see the second inch added to my length and another half inch to my girth.
