Hello!

I have been doing PE for over a year now, and it seems that either I am failing to correctly do a routine that welcomes results, or my penis is VERY stubborn.
I started at 6.5” length (16.5CM) and 5.0” girth (12.7CM). I am now 6.8”/6.9” length (17.5CM) and between 5.1” and 5.3” girth. (Unless I measured wrong in the beginning, in which case I’d say I haven’t gained. But throughout my journey, my girlfriend has occasionally said “Your penis is getting bigger”, she hasn’t said this in a very long time now.)

I know that PE is a very slow process, but the fact of the matter is, I’m doing extreme clamping and seeing extreme expansion yet I’m not seeing my results.
(My clamping sessions have ranged between from 1-2 hours at a time, but now I’m just doing 10-20 minute sessions while my bruises fully heal)

At a below 70% erection, I will sometimes see 5.3 or 13.5cm girth. However, any time I seem to be fully erect, I am back to 5.0 and sometimes even under. (12.5CM sometimes!)

With clamping I have reached a temporary 14.7CM or 5.7 girth, I recently had a slight injury and I have slowed my extreme clamping down to basically a complete stop.
I got two small bruises on the top of my penis, near the mid shaft and a little higher, when they seem to have gone away, they come right back if I clamp too intensely (or do squeezes/ULI type exercises).

I am coming to ThundersPlace for help because the other website I’ve spent the last year on has been amazing, but I can’t seem to get any consistent advice from the users on why my penis seems to only show girth gains when semi-erect.

I was originally told it was due to porn use, so I quit porn for 90 days straight and saw literally no change in ANYTHING whatsoever.
I have very bad mental health issues, but I see therapists and have seen quite an improvement. (OCD, PTSD, Anxiety, Major depressive disorder, Retroactive Jealousy, judgment over my girlfriends past/ex with a little under 6” girth)
Big AL told me my tunica could be a limiting factor, which just doesn’t make sense to me as I’ve expanded it nearly .7 in one session, I can’t afford to purchase his service so I thought maybe you guys can help.

I do want to say that during sex with my girlfriend, I think my penis gets bigger than I can make it while self stimulating, but I don’t think it’s reaching it’s full capacity.
(I’m 6’ tall, 200 pounds if that’s important to anyone who may chime in)

Here is the routine I was doing for several months before being told by a big gainer “You're doing too many exercises with too little intensity, you need sets that fatigue your penis to the point PE wouldn't be possible the next day while you heal”
He was basically saying that I needed to be doing sets of intense exercises instead of just multiple different things.
(I believe him, but I just want to get a second website with another member communities opinion)

10 minute warm up with a rice sock
50 kegels/50 reverse kegels whilst warming up
50/75 Jelqs
50 V Jelqs
50 UJ’s
5 ULI’s 1 minute each
1 x 30 minute clamped edging session (base)
1 x 30 minute double clamped edging session (stacked at base)
100+ Secret Girth exercise (these are what was getting me my massive expansion, however I’m 100% certain it’s what caused my bruises too.)
(I also reach PONR close to 5+ times during these edging sessions)

I haven't started my “new routine” but this is what was written out for me by the big gainer on the other forums:

Monday: Bathmate 3 sets of 10 minutes followed by clamping for ONE SET of fifteen minutes.
WEDNESDAY: Jelqing for 300 reps in sets of 50, Bathmate for ONE SET of 10-25 minutes
Thursday (Supposed to be Friday, but I can’t do PE on Fridays unless I were to wake up super early and do it in the bathroom): same as Monday
Next Monday: same as Wednesday
Next Thursday: same as Monday.

I would love to hear what the users of Thunder’s Place have to say, which routine they think seems like it’d be more effective, any advice as to why my penis doesn’t seem to expand fully at a 90%+ erection level, as well as why my CS doesn’t seem to inflate as much as it should. (It’s rather spongy feeling, I’ve been told this can be due to a tight pelvic floor?)

Thank you for reading and I appreciate any advice or knowledge that can be shared, while my name says 7x6, I’m really just aiming to see consistent gains whatsoever, my first goal is really 5.5 though.

If anyone is willing to help me design a routine that should really fatigue my my penis and stimulate growth, it would be tremendously appreciated.

Apologies for the extremely long post, I just figured the more information the better!

I was just writing about what makes a routine different from others. You, have listed as the routine you were doing, is a “Big Volume” routine that is also intense. Honestly, the amount of stress you’re putting on your unit being past injury status is why you aren’t gaining. No one I’ve known of regularly bruised themselves and then gained. Most of those showed EQ and size losses.

The routine the big gainer recommended is an Intense one but he does 1 on, 1 off so I like the technique he’s offering there. It seems solid. However, do not…I repeat, do not do PE on consecutive days with this routine. Changing the day from Friday to Thursday will totally screw up your recovery pattern which is integral to his suggested routine. It would set you up for failure.


Now: 9" BPEL x 6.25" MSEG as of 11/10/2019 This is my story, a few progress pics of me here, and all my methods.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

A year ago I was on this website and I was posting about my inability to let go of my girlfriends past, and judging her ect (which I admit I still do, but I’ve improved drastically).
You were commenting and honestly had great insight which made me feel better about myself/not thinking because I’m not 5.75 girth that she isn’t being pleasured.

I cannot do PE on Fridays due to my girlfriends work schedule (she’s off Friday’s), she HATES that I’m doing PE so there’s zero chance I can do it in front of her.

She has stated that she think’s it’s extremely unattractive and weird, and says I’m only doing it because of her ex and that it makes me seem very insecure (I started for that reason, now I just want to feel good about what I’ve got when I look in the mirror/take my pants off!)

I dislike Jelqing to be completely honest, a user on my “home” male enhancement forum said he’d make me a Jelqing device, so maybe I should look into that.
But my hands get tired and hurt sometimes, so I can’t imagine doing 300 jelqs at the intensity that was described.

I love clamping, and I LOVE pumping, but I know that something has to change, because my fellow PE’ers are making those gains and I’m being left behind.

I remember having this discussion with you, it was on my progress log if I recall correctly. I’m glad you actually took what I said to heart.

Well, if you move the routine day to Thursdays you will go against the design of the routine. You can shift the entire schedule over a day and have your three workout days on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Makes sense, keeps it legitimate. I have issues with large volume jelqing, as my wrist doesn’t like it. But…I’m saying, if you want to use the routine he gave you that you need to use it as written to get things done well.

I’ve spent all my time on PEGym.
I can’t do Saturday either, she works 4 days on, 3 days off. This is where I am frustrated because I need to figure out a routine that’s intense enough to see results, and can allow me to do that with the 4 days I’m allotted.

I’ve got 2 clamps, a Bathmate, a leather C-ring and a surgical steel horseshoe ring, but it’s too large (May actually be selling it to a user on PEGym) to work with device wise.

I’m just really not wanting to give up on PE, you are a clear example of the MIRACLE that PE is.
I don’t want to be as big as you, but I sure as hell want to have the confidence I am seeking.

Well, I’ll tell you, no Intense routine is designed to be done 2 days in a row. The gainer in question even said that directly when he gave you that advice. So, literally, you will be setting yourself up for sub-optimal results at best.

Honestly, I share a house with a woman but…if she didn’t respect what I was doing she would have to go. This is about you. Her making it about her and expressing her displeasure to get you to stop improving yourself…is intolerable. So, if you are stuck due to her own opinion and its impact on you…I don’t have advice for you that you would care to hear.

Being as big as I am won’t make you confident. Waking up one day and just loving yourself, no matter what, will.

I don’t do routine design anymore. Maybe one day I’ll coach but…not in the cards for me.

You can make any move you want. I simply find a woman who doesn’t respect any of my past-times is a woman soon to be in my past. I can’t tell you what to do there, either.

Better yourself in all ways. Do not make your mental and emotional growth contingent on anything else, however. That is unhealthy and ultimately not growth at all. Because, if you only got confident because you were bigger…did you actually get confident? Or just find something else on the surface level to justify how you feel about yourself?

A bigger penis shouldn’t inflate your value to a woman or to yourself. Both a woman and you should have higher standards about what generates personal value.

Dang, I was hoping you’d be willing to help.
I don’t want another year to go by only to see no progress, but I understand.

The problem is, I failed to assert myself as a strong male figure, I’m a very emotional person, caring, sweet..
This gets taken advantage of, so sometimes she is definitely wearing the pants.. However it’s not a secret that I do PE.

I think getting to my size goals will help me feel more confident, and then I think internally it’ll help me feel less insecure, which will then allow me to let go of more of the things I obsess about regarding her.
(My therapist and I have noticed that when I am confident and secure, I don’t judge her or obsess over her past.)

I am seriously considering anti-depressants though, my depression has gotten pretty severe.

Did a 40 minute clamped edging session, for 10 minutes or so I had two clamps on.

I seem to mainly sit around 13.5CM when clamped, blows my mind that I’ve managed to get to 14.7CM.

Why wouldn’t doing 20 minute clamping sessions on the hour every hour for 3-4 hours Monday-Thursday show results?
I feel like doing it in sets would allow yourself to feel fatigue/reach fatigue.

Clamping is intense, and causes for lots of expansion, so I am really confused. @Thoughtfulgold if you can chime on on why this won’t work, I’d appreciate that!

Just finished another 60 minute clamped/double clamped edging session, I sat mainly around 13.5CM but I was able to expand to 14CM towards the end while doing my secret girth exercise.

I don’t understand something though.

WHY CAN I DO 100 MINUTES OF CLAMPING IN A DAY AND NOT FEEL ANY PENIS FATIGUE?

Giving my penis a month of no P.E. For healing of a bruise. I’m hoping it’ll help me make gains when I return to P.E.

I read through your entire log on PEGym. It helped to situate my own work. I’ve been training ‘smart’ since last April, and have just gained .1” of girth in that time, so I could relate to your struggles.

You and I ended up in different places, though. You seem to have added even more workload since PEGym, whereas I’ve determined adding more volume isn’t the answer for me personally. It has more to do with synchronizing with my body and libido so I can balance the yang of training with the yin of rest.

One idea you might want to explore is reducing your volume substantially, but focusing on healing with a cock ring on. Your work over the last year seems to make it clear that just raw expansion and intense punishment isn’t going to be your solution. More rest, and judiciously using a cock ring to try and maintain an expanded state is a different dimension that may (or may not!) help out. Apologies if you already tried this. I am just reminded of the quote that insanity is defined as trying the same thing and expecting different results!

I should also add the most important thing, and what others have said: What may be the most important piece is to prioritize self acceptance and mental wellness above gains at all costs. The mantra of, “I am happy with what I have, and grateful for making progress,” is key.

Your reaction of the ex-boyfriend (as I’m sure you’ve identified in counselling) is a piece of deeper insecurity (and fuck if we don’t all have them) that wants to TELL you it’s about penises. It’s not. As a psychotherapist myself, and one who recovered from a history of that ‘sinking, blackhole, drowning’ comparison to the imagined ex-boyfriend feeling, I can tell you that dealing with this stuff helps to make something like practicing fitness or PE more fun than something you absolutely MUST do to feel OK :)

Not trying to be preachy! Hope I don’t come across that way. I just relate to your story and want to help you in multiple dimensions.
