Your reaction of the ex-boyfriend (as I’m sure you’ve identified in counselling) is a piece of deeper insecurity (and fuck if we don’t all have them) that wants to TELL you it’s about penises. It’s not. As a psychotherapist myself, and one who recovered from a history of that ‘sinking, blackhole, drowning’ comparison to the imagined ex-boyfriend feeling, I can tell you that dealing with this stuff helps to make something like practicing fitness or PE more fun than something you absolutely MUST do to feel OK :)

Not trying to be preachy! Hope I don’t come across that way. I just relate to your story and want to help you in multiple dimensions.

Yeah, I know it’s insecurity. It’s jealousy of his size and the sexual things they did together.

I just want 5.5 girth for myself. It’ll make me feel better because when I look in the mirror I’ll be happier.

I am about to reach a month of decon, I needed to take a break for this bruise on my penis to heal, as well as maybe it’ll help stimulate growth.
Once a user over at PeGYM buys my surgical steel horseshoe c-ring that I bought (Wrong size.) I’m going to buy the smaller one, or perhaps a non horseshoe ring (I don’t like having the opening)

Just waiting for him to send the money, then I’ll pick up a better one for me.

So do you personally think I need to REDUCE the amount of work?
I don’t reach penis fatigue easily, so that’s why my routine has become so intense.

I have been following gentlepsychpath’s and marinera’s workouts. They actually have been the best for me. It’s all about stretching the right areas, jelqing, and horse squeezes. Fulcrum stretching is the shiznit. I was applying heat, pumping, stretches, jelqing, and horse squeezing. They were great for my EQ and a little bit of Gains but after I’d say a little less than a week I gained 1/8 just doing fulcrum stretching.

I am also in the same boat as you mentally. I have bad ADHD and I was diagnosed bipolar but all my other therapist feel like it’s PTSD. I’ll find myself grinding my teeth and being angry for no reason. I also beat myself up over my wife’s past partners which is super unhealthy but that’s why I go to therapy.

People at PeGYM think I have a 3 layer tunica, which translates to me as “Good luck, no gains for you.”

I’ve slowed my workout down cause stretching (mainly) and a little bit of hanging has been the best. No pumping and if I have time I’ll jelq for shits and giggles or I’ll jelq if I know I’m getting laid. Jelqing before sex has been cool.

Anyways if you have a tough tunica, heat is essential(IMO). I take baths everyday cause I have gout and my joints hurt after work so it’s perfect for stretching while I’m in the bath. My workouts lately are: I grip my penis with both hands(one on top of the other). I’ll pivot the bottom of my top hand on the top part of my bottom hand either downward (for fulcrum) and side to side. I’ll hold that position for a minute or however long I can take it. I feel an intense stretch with it and definitely feel it the next day. My next workout is I’ll take a 2” pipe and lay it on my lap and pull the penis over the top of the pipe and hold. Use a piece of cloth so your unit slides on the pipe and doesn’t grip and rip your shit.

If you didn’t understand the my two hand method, just pretend your dicks a joystick and your bottom hand anchors the base.

That’s not a bad point, I wish I had a space heater.. But getting sweaty during my PE isn’t very appealing :(

I’ve been wearing a horseshoe c-ring pretty much 24/7 unless it’s uncomfortable or has irritated my skin, I’ve been edging with it on too.

You aren’t on a break from PE if you’re still wearing devices. Period. You can do what you like but you aren’t on a break unless you are not doing anything or using devices.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

I reiterate: You aren’t on a break from PE if there is any junk attached to your junk. You can do what you like but constant gadget use in the hopes of optimization is a popular mindset but seldom bears enough fruit to be worth it.

A true break and reassessment of your approach seems warranted. Your determination to clamp to the point of injury is admirable but foolish and simply not productive by your own admission and summation.

I like the extra engorgement, this c-ring is also too big so it’s not as effective as it should/would be if proper size.
As I said, my break is just for my skin to heal, which it is and has.

I haven’t clamped or used a Bathmate or any PE session in almost an entire month.

The only thing I’ve done is edge with the c-ring on/have sex.

I need to change my routine.. Add heat, and find more effective methods of PE.
I was told staying extended and engorged for a few hours after my sessions will make a difference.

I stay as engorged as I can, but I don’t own a LG hanger sleeve which was recommended.

Maybe low pressure/long duration Bathmate sessions at the end of my routine can provide the same benefit.

Once the new year starts, I’m going to begin the jelq free routine.

Here’s what I’ll do:

10 minute warm up
50 kegels/50 reverse kegels
Left, right, up, down, and forward stretches for 30 seconds each direction
Fulcrum stretching at 3 different points along my shaft on the bottom, sides, and top 30 seconds/1 minute each spot.
250 S2S stretches
20 squeezes lasting 10 seconds each (above where my injury occurs, nothing negative happens if I do this, plus it’s where my MEG would gain anyways, and the bruise is below that).

I’ll be doing this all while having a blow dryer blowing hot air on my penis so that I can stay warm and loose. (until I can buy a space heater)
Every week I will add 15 S2S stretches 5 squeezes (permitting I don’t see negative PI’s)

I won’t be clamping or pumping for at least 3 months, I want to make sure the skin heals in my injury area completely.

Does anyone think this new routine is not too light, but not too heavy?

Began doing my stretching routine today.

For several minutes after my routine I feel a slight “ache” in my penis.
It’s a very nice feeling, but I can’t help but wonder if I’m not doing enough.

I’m going to take it slow regardless, last thing I need to do is injure myself and not be able to do length exercises while I wait for my girth related exercise to heal.

I feel like such an idiot to have harmed myself, there just was no signs until it was too late.
I’m 90% sure it’s just cosmetic, but it irritates really easy and comes right back.

All exercises were heated by my blow dryer today.

Outward, Left, Right, Up and down stretches for 1:30 each
Fulcrums at 3 points on each side, (Bottom, left, right, top side of my penis; Base, middle, below glans) 1:30 each
265 S2S stretches
50 Jelqs with my C-ring on
30 UJ’s
6 minutes of edging with the c-ring on. (decided to stop that edging session because I’ve been watching too much porn lately)

Notes:

BPFSL is 7.5 especially after a stretching session.
I believe my BPEL was at 7.0 or even slightly above it, I’m definitely not calling this gains as I just started this routine, but that’s pretty cool to see!

10 minute rice sock warm up (Wanted to see if this allows for deeper heating than the blow dryer)

Exercises are all heated by my girlfriends blow dryer (Don’t tell her! Shh.. Kidding, she already found out :facepalm:)

Left, right, forward, up down stretches for 1:30 each

Fulcrum stretches at 3 different points (base, mid, below glans) for 1:30

40 Jelqs

30 UJ’s

35 Squeezes

300 S2S stretches

30 minutes of edging/ballooning

7” BPEL has been reached. Saw 7.15” once as well!

Really wishing I could pump/clamp right now!!

Being patient, I know it’ll pay off in the long run.
