I was edging today and was 6” NBPEL, as well as measuring over 7.15” close to 7.25”
I’m not certain how to feel about this, my EQ was really good but I haven’t been doing my stretching routine long enough to be gaining this fast.

You may want to slow up your addition of exercises. Otherwise your gains are likely to slow and stall. Just use what you have set up now.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

What do you mean?
I haven’t added new stuff, just slowly increasing time/reps of things.

I’m doing stretches, fulcrum stretches, helicopter stretches, squeezes, jelqs, and s2s stretches

The other day I did a few ULI’s but only cause my penis was in a good EQ to really “feel” the uli stretching inside.
I don’t do them every time.

I appreciate your advice though!
I was reading Remek and Iguana’s TGC theory, which would put me in the smooth muscle category, but I was doing clamping, pumping, and squeezes with little to no progress/gains.
Now that I’m doing length exercises I’ve seen awesome gains!

This makes me think I was approaching my girth exercises wrong, but I don’t know what to change for when I finally switch back over to girth routines.

My routine from this morning:

12 min. warm up.
Directional stretches 2 min. each (up and down were 2:30)
2 point fulcrums (directional) 2:30 each
20 total helicopter stretches
3 x 2 minute squeezes
125 jelqs
30 minutes of edging with a c ring on.

TCG Theory has been disproved.

All I am saying is it doesn’t matter what you do. Jogging, weights or PE..the body is the same. The body does have an optimal point for the amount of physical labor you do with it. A point you should hold for a while, as your capacity for future work increases. Continually increasing the workload without pause is both unfeasible and eventually dangerous.

I feel like I’m not explaining myself properly, so my bad.

I wont continually increase workload, just until my stretches are at max 5 minutes each, and my S2S stretches reach 1,000.
I’m not sure what number of jelqs I should stop at, but it’s not going to be a dramatically high number.

Are you saying I shouldn’t increase my workload gradually?

I’m going to say that your workload and gains you’ve seen are based on what you are doing, not an upward slope of work. That gradual increases regularly stop at optimal places to maximize gains from the least amount of work possible.

Also, 1000? I cannot see a feasible situation to count that high in PE or any life circumstance. If it doesn’t sound absolutely outrageous to you, I have nothing to add.

That number is what Big AL suggests working towards as your max reps since they’re quick to do.

Perhaps I will stay where I’m at in terms of time and reps for a few weeks/a month instead of increasing every week.

I’m just trying to figure out what works for me and what doesn’t. I see what you’re saying though, I will remain at my current workload or a little less actually.

10 minute warm up

10 helicopter stretches both directions

1:40 second directional stretches

300 S2S stretches

1:40 2-point directional fulcrum stretches

50 jelqs

25 minutes of edging

What are S2S stretches?

I do a very simple ‘stretch’ that is hardly a movement at all and I’ve done up to 360 of them at once with no problem at all, so I’m open to the possibility of there being a movement that can allow such high reps as you do, but I’m just curious as to what it is. The stretch I do is like barely lengthening your flaccid penis with almost zero pressure just to generate bloodflow though, it’s not really a lengthening stretch per se. I just found it to have a huge impact on my penis in terms of relaxing it and increasing bloodflow. I also do other stretches, of course.

you grab your penis under the glans, pull it forward then down and move it left and right, (Left + right = 1 rep) you keep the downward tension good so that it stretches, apparently is good for length and base girth.

You’ve noticed a blood flow improvement with those gentle tugs?

Definitely a huge increase in blood flow. Like, not a little bit, A TON. Try to just pull very slightly, like, completely flaccid, right until you feel the slightest bit of resistance and let it come back and try doing those a bunch. I found them playing around with JAI stretches and ended up doing these kind of stretches left down, straight down, right down, straight out where I would pull, feel the slight resistance, and then extend as far as I could. But now I just do them where I let it extend very gently. It should feel like your penis is letting you extend further, not that you are trying to pull it out. They’re very quick and it completely changed how much jelquing affected me.

do you release your penis, or do you just allow it to rebound back to where it was before you pulled it to it’s “resistance” point?
