Beginner questions, log, goals, concerns, progress?

Started a little PE for a few weeks in 2015. Having the available data accessible makes me feel more confident that I can see improvements. I have been journaling for a little while and the introspection has lead me to discovering this website, and wanting to make some significant changes in my life and penis.

Originally tried and gave up 01-06-2015 a few weeks ~5.8->6.1 length, probably a result of improved EQ.

Restarting in 2017
29-03-2017 6.22 EL, 3.97 EG
19-04-2017 6.29, 4.06

I want to be a realistic about my goals. The size of my penis is one self-confidence concern of many, and probably more of a symptom of confidence problems than a real issue. Nonetheless I want to consistently include PE workouts throughout the next year. I am going back to school and have the opportunity to really improve myself over the next few years - I am looking to communicate semi-consistently about progress in PE and life goals.

Has successfully increasing the size of your penis made it easier to approach larger issues of confidence and being happy with you are?
What sort of self improvement goals do you have?
What motivates you to do PE?
Do the extreme gainers, as noted on this website forumn, that do more than an hour a day feel like that is a healthy thing to be doing? I worry that my self obsession at the level would not be good for me.

Goals:
-4.5” girth
Long term Goals:
-Consistently positive sleep/workout/PE/diet/learning/reading habits.
-Self confidence
-Far Less Pornography

Hi MrSkeptical,

I’ll answer your questions.

1. yes and no. The more pressing thing about gaining in penis size is accepting yourself for who you are and being happy with how you look. Someone who loves themselves is naturally more confident. And that person is someone you become. Through PE or any other long-term self-improvement.

2. Take up martial arts again, master more firearms-related skills, make a career change…

3. The feeling of success when logging gains. Anything you do that you can progress in offers a sense of reward and accomplishment and PE is no different.

4. A routine more than an hour a day does not necessarily get you more gains, quicker gains or better gains.

PE obsession is common. And can manifest whether you spend large amounts of time per day actually doing it or not. Because obsession is characterized by a recurring pervasive thought pattern not necessarily actions.

If something strikes you as unhealthy for you then don’t do it. This is a good rule of thumb for anything.

Now: 9" BPEL x 6.25" MSEG as of 11/10/2019 This is my story, a few progress pics of me here, and all my methods.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

“Started fighting with my inner demons of inadequacy” I can really relate to this post of yours. I am excited to face my failures and fears over the next two years, rather than repressing them. It is fairly daunting, and hopefully I can find support from other men looking to make changes. Cheers to becoming someone who loves themselves.

It is nice to hear from someone who is so active and experienced in PE and this forum. Good luck on your continued journey and changes.

PE will change your life in the bedroom, and basically nowhere else. It grows the shaft, not the balls. :D

Same thing happened to me. After three weeks of practising I have achieved best EQ in my life and my penis was bigger. I had some gains in girth from 4.3 to 4.5 and I was so happy because of the progress, but now its back to normal size. Also EQ is back to normal. What is the problem?

I was focusing on jelqs and some girth exercises and I was doing streching but not that much. Streching is so unpleasantly for me and I think that I am not doing that right.

Sorry if I’m getting wrong in posting. I am new here and my english is not really good.

Now:
BPL 6.3; NBPL 5.9; EG 4.3
Goal:
BPL 7.5; NBPL 7; EG 5

My confidence grew as a combination of penis gains, massive weight loss, hitting weights and becoming muscular, soul searching, and a lot of other self help.

I used to hate myself. Can’t say that anymore.

Growing my unit makes up barely 10% of my newfound confidence.

If anything boosting my Testosterone by weight training did the most.

We will help you grow your dick, only you can grow your inner strength. Its possible

I think the best thing for us Zoki Balboa, is that we just keep consistent with jelqing and everything in our life. Obviously it has worked for both penis’s and confidence of men on this forum. Hopefully if we keep consistent we can figure out what works, and take advantage of Thunder’s as a resource when we have more experience.

@MadVillian can I ask what sort of strategies you went about “soul searching, and a lot of other self help.”

My PE is going well; I am pretty sure progress is happening. Mostly doing dry jelqs at high erection and squeezes, I’d like to incorporate more edging and kegels but I haven’t had the will power to do them effectively.

I used coach Corey Wayne for relationship help. Tony Robbins, Les Brown, and Dale Carnegie for a lot of mental health strategy. All for free on YouTube. Best advice in the world is “fake it until you make it”

Having a basic understanding of psychology really will help with correcting your own issues.

I am beginning to have the realization that PE will be one of the easiest changes to make in my life. That is a little daunting - It is just such a simple and well identified solution. First, I created graphs that demonstrate the distribution of length, girth and volume on excel and added my current size. This gives me an obvious comparison and understanding of where I stand within the distribution of other men. Second, I figured out the strategies that worked for other men and am applying them for myself. This results in slow and steady progress.

My problem is I can’t find similar distributions and clear methods to improve my reading for instance. There is a long journey ahead and this break down to principle components is hopefully a positive strategy.
