Hi everyone, I decided that I will begin my own routine and update everyday on this journal. My routine will consist of 5 days on 2 days off for 10 weeks. I will be measuring every 2 weeks. I’m not sure if I will be stretching on my off days also, if maybe someone can give me advice on that.

Week 1: 200 jelqs and 5 minutes of stretching

Week 2: 225 jelqs and 7 minutes of stretching

Week 3: 250 jelqs and 9 minutes of stretching

Week 4: 275 jelqs and 11 minutes of stretching

Week 5: 300 jelqs and 13 minutes of stretching

Week 6; 325 jelqs and 15 minutes of stretching

Week 7: 350 jelqs and 17 minutes of stretching

Week 8: 375 jelqs and 19 minutes of stretching

Week 9: 400 jelqs and 21 minutes of stretching

Week 10: 425 jelqs and 23 minutes of stretching

Best suggestion: Do the newbie routine.

Getting Back to PE

As I already stated in other threads, 7 days ago I got hard flaccid which has recently gone away 2 days ago and hasn’t returned so I decided to return to pe again. I started pe too quickly and injured myself by doing 400 jelqs a day and 25 minutes of stretching a day for 2 months. Can I return to pe tmomirrow or should I wait longer for a deconditioning period?

I was thinking of starting again with the linear routine at 20 jelqs

When you start a progress report Progress Reports people can follow you easily and you can track your routines and ask how to modify them etc.. much easier to help you.

You start every other day a new thread it appears. Think what would happen if every person on here does this?

And yes its a good idea starting with 20 jelqs. Then check how it feels next day.

you need to feel well. this means your dick feels fine. no sign of injury or any other discomfort. only then you exercise.

You basicly only do deconditioning when you did exercise so much that the intensity to gain is too high. There are many threads about this around but I dont think you need that right now.
Your dick needs to be healed to be ready to exercise otherwise you rest to heal.

Starting Newbie Linear Routine

Hi everyone I am now returning from a hard flaccid injury and tonight I will be starting my linear newbie routine. I am now 5.25 NBPEL 6.25 BPEL 5.0 EG
It will consist of:
5 min warmup
20 slow jelqs
5 min warm down

I will be updating you everyday (2 on/1 off schedule) every 3rd routine day I will add 10 jelqs and I will only be adding stretching in 2 weeks. I will be doing this routine for 2-3 months and maybe longer.

How many times I told you to not start many threads on the same subject? This is the last time I ask.

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

Yeah I’m starting tonight with 20 jelqs. Trying the slow method. :)
