Hi guys.

I was just thinking about what the ultimate routine would hold and how it would be done
And what would it consist of and how much time spent etc.

And I came up with a idea it’s not the ultimate routine because I am still thinking about that,
But none the less it is still a good idea and maybe even a great one for someone who may have cash to spare and is new to PE and is drawn in by marketing labels and doesn’t want to do manual exercises.

What they will need is a extender like Fastsize or X4 I am not sure what the difference is but a ADS which you can wear for 12 hours a day (if it says that in the manual).

And you will also need a pump which has a gauge and can last constant use.

ADS+PUMPING ROUTINE:

Part 1: Duration = 1 month 5 days on 2 days off.
Pumping = 30 minutes 3hg.
ADS = 2 hour moderate tension.
Pumping = 30 minutes 3hg.

Part 2: Duration = 1 month 5 days on 2 days off.
Pumping = 30 minutes 5hg.
ADS = 4 hour moderate tension.
Pumping = 30 minutes 5hg.

Part 3: Duration = 1 month 5 days on 2 days off.
Pumping = 30 minutes 7hg.
ADS = 6 hour moderate tension.
Pumping = 30 minutes 7hg.

Part 4: Duration = 1 month 5 days on 2 days off.
Pumping = 30 minutes 10hg.
ADS = 8 hour moderate tension
Pumping = 30 minutes 10hg.

End.
Hours of ADS: 240.
Hours of Pump:40 hours Average pressure 6.

Possibilities of growth in length: 0.5 to 1.0 inches.
Possibilities of growth in girth: 0.25 to 0.75 inches.
These are only estimates.

Now for pumpers looking at this your probably thinking that the last pumping pressure is a bit steep for people especially newbies but I believe that after 3 months of gradual increase and stretching, the penis will be well conditioned and ready for it.

Now this routine is for the people who want to see gains fast (impatient) but I think it is more likely that once they have these gains it will be more harder to gain in the future because the penis will be so well conditioned and hardened in cell structure it might take years to get any satisfactory results after doing a semi intense routine like this, especially having the last routine with high pressure and long time stretching.

Which is why I have also designed this routine for the people who have patience and don’t mind doing a little bit of a longer routine to get more size and to keep the penis in a good smooth gradual increase.

ADS+PUMPING ROUTINE.2:

Part 1: Duration = 1 month 5 days on 2 days off.
Pumping = 30 minutes 3hg.
ADS = 2 hour moderate tension.
Pumping = 30 minutes 3hg.

Part 2: Duration = 1 months 5 days on 2 days off.
Pumping = 30 minutes 5hg.
ADS = 4 hour moderate tension.
Pumping = 30 minutes 5hg.

Part 3: Duration = 2 months 5 days on 2 days off.
Pumping = 30 minutes 6hg.
ADS = 6 hour moderate tension.
Pumping = 30 minutes 6hg.

Part 4: Duration = 1 months 5 days on 2 days off.
Pumping = 30 minutes 7hg.
ADS = 8 hour moderate tension.
Pumping = 30 minutes 7hg.

Part 5: Duration = 1 months 5 days on 2 days off.
Pumping = 30 minutes 10hg.
ADS = 10 hour moderate tension
Pumping = 30 minutes 10hg.

End.
Hours of ADS: 720.
Hours of Pump:60 hours Average pressure 6.5.

Possibilities of growth in length: 0.75 to 1.5 inches.
Possibilities of growth in girth: 0.75 to 1.25 inches.
These are only estimates.

As you can see this is a more gradual approach to the original routine which means more time for the penis to condition and it’s not rushed meaning that there is more chance of adequate growth in the future instead of strengthening the penis too much meaning minimal results after.

And I think it would be a easy routine to follow as it changes after a while.
I hope someone decides to do this at some point in the PE career.

I would love to have some feedback from pumpers and from members of the PE community who use ADS and generally any other kind of PE members.

You know, I’m kinda a fanatic of jelqs, so if you would add some in your routine automatically it would look better to me. :)

I dont know if you own a pump yet, but 30 minutes at 10”/hg is going to be one hell of a workout for your penis. Most the vets recommend not going over 5”/hg and I agree. I have a pump and anything over 5”/hg starts to really get uncomfortable for extended periods of time on the old penis.


Starting 10/08 - 7.125" EL x 4.5" MSEG

As of 12/08- 7.5" EL x 4.75" MSEG

As of 1/19/08 - 7.75" bpel(previous 7.5" was due to inaccurate ruler) x 4.875" MSEG

10 hg? I missed it. Mr. Bidnez is right, that is counterproductive. Read some good threads about pumping, Mr W.

Yeah I had a pump but I pumped too hard and it broke.(the pump broke not my knob)
And I know 10hg is very high but I was thinking that after maybe 4-6 months that the penis would be so well conditioned that it would be up to the challenge of the 10hg pressure.

I have looked at a lot of pumping threads and some people have no problem going up to 10 and some say that they went up to 20 for 10 seconds (ouch) but I think it’s just what the doctor ordered.

Do you think 9hg would still be better? Or what about 8.5hg?

Yeah but if you like your balls being sucked in the cylinder, then 10 hg would certainly benefit you. :)

I’m just kidding, but go read Pumping 101. in the pumping forum before you pump. It might help you some.

Experts of pumping - guys like avocet8, gprent and so on - always suggest to stay in the 3-6 hg range.

Pumping is not hanging - you don’t need to feel fatigue (whatever this word actually means). You aren’t also supposed to raise vacuum (de)pressure while you become more experienced: instead, augment time.

A low-moderate (de)pressure will fill your penis with more blood than ‘natural’ erections; going over that doesn’t cause appreciable more blood-filling, but instead an higher flluid build-up.

As the 2B4 said, it would be a good idea reading the pumping 101 thread. Pumping is, IMHO, the most difficult PE technique to masterize.

How should I change it?

Two months on 3hg.

Two months on 5hg.

Two months on 7hg.

That sound ok?
With the length of stretching time up by two hours every two months?

Have you ever ever been up to 7hg? I did when I was new to pumping and not only was it a bit uncomfortable, I also ended up with some pretty bad donuts. Now that I am more experienced I really believe 5 hg is the highest you need to go. Instead of upping pressure, I would up time or sets of time in the tube. I wouldn’t mess around with 3 then 4 then 5hg. I would just find what is comfortable to you but keeping it around 5.

I really think a gradual build of pressure would be useful.
And I do know the more time method works very well.

But with pumping supposedly it’s very hard to keep gains.
Do you think the ADS will help maintain those gains?

Like if we cycled off the pumping and then only did ADS for 2 months do you think the gains could be cemented?
