8.5 BPFSL is pretty consistent now, sometimes 8.4”

Did about a 4-5 minute clamping session last night just to get a full erection, It measured pretty close to 7.9” BPEL.

Rushmore, and anyone else not getting gains/ having bad state of dick:

Look at this thread I started and will (hopefully) soon head up: Dr.Lins Theories

Sounds promising to me, and I know a lot about this hormone crap.

Thanks iron,

I haven’t had access to the computer much lately, but will take a look ASAP. Thanks.

Apparently he is a total quack. However taking actual orchic extracts could prove useful, perhaps I will do those exclusively and a brain compound as well. Make sure it is from New Zealand Cows, freeze dried.

My doctor recently started me on Trazodone for depression and as a sleep aid. I noticed I get more nocturnal erections, so that’s not exactly helping me sleep. Now that it’s been a few weeks since you went off Traz, what have you noticed regarding that?

Trazodone definitely did not help my sex drive at all.In fact now I seem to be getting them back, they just aren’t rock hard.

Of all the medications I am on, I found one that vasoconstricts, and is a prostaglandin antagonist (reduces production.)

It is hydrocortisone, I took low doses of it to maintain cortisol levels. But I am now taking something natural instead.

First day at the gym without it, veins everywhere. I fatigued easier, but that’s okay. It seemed like before it would take many many sets of hundreds of pounds to hit fatigue.

I will conclude that without the cortef (hydrocortisone) today, I stayed very warm, and usually I get cold like a naked cat, very excited about that. Flaccid hanging lower, but nothing else to report after just a day. Hell it’s a great milestone.

I only did one hang set yesterday and for some reason my flaccid was pretty small today and my balls were up.it is like my internal temperature is low.

Talk about white and black results over a one day period.no wonder I am so frustrated. I can’t stop thinking about it.

I did a 2 hour vac hang set tonight.forgot to add that in. I did it after my last post. About half was straight out over a pulley, and the other half was over a fulcrum.

Kind of stopped using the Bib and erection quality is back. I will be doing long hanging sets with the vac as it is more comfortable and not damaging to me. I usually go back and forth between over a fulcrum and straight out, however I may start going over the shoulder and put the rice sock against my penis to fulcrum it in that position too.

Iron: have you ever tried Isocort? I take that especially when I’m feeling run down or am sick. I don’t think it causes any vasoconstriction.

What natural product are you taking to keep cortisol levels under control? Because I could sure use that!

Sounds like a good decision regarding bib versus vac.

Don’t stress on the flaccid fluctuations, that’s what flaccids do (DAMN IT). Probably is rasing your cortisol levels!
