I cut back on my hanging schedule when I got a day job. My length went right back to 7.95 BPEL. My girth has gone up, I am now 7.25” base (pulling hard on the tape measure, no it isn’t skin) and 7” even 1.5 inches up my shaft.

I wish length was possible, but I think for it to happen it is going to require tons of hours and I simply don’t know if it’s worth it or even possible since I tried that method for about 2 months and barely got anything. The lig cutting surgery is in my 10 year future, I am sure. I suppose I will just continue to work on girth occasionally, like 3-4 times a week.

I am down to 8.5” BPFSL but that was when I was cold and not warmed up, maybe it is still 8.75.

Hanging all sets over a pvc pipe coated with a heat pad so my shaft sits directly on constant heat. Most sets are 15 lbs, then I drop to 12.5 once my shaft hurts. I wear the Monkeybar KR extender with vachead attachment for as long as possible after and sometimes before. The thing is so comfortable. The base is super tight on me so I use vaseline around my base and it works amazing. I am usually using all the extension rods, and I don’t want to jinx myself but I think if I keep it up I might be able to squeeze some length, It feels more stretchy in the extender than it used to.

Keep it up! The heated fulcrum stuff has worked for me.

I made the classic rice sock that Bib describes. Fill an old sock with rice then wrap it in Duct tape to give it a cradling shape. I would drape a warm sock over my unit as well when I did this.

I do feel like I’m gaining still. Less work is giving me a bit of a girth boost. Taking it slow until my pump arrives. I’m looking forward to trying something new.

Wow see I do the sock but no duct tape, that is my fail right there. I drape a heating pad over my pvc pipe and that gives a pretty extreme pull, but it also kind of hurts due to it’s lack of thickness. I will try the cut tape thing for sure, definitely will provide more pressure. I want to be exactly your length Shunga! I am curious to see how you react to pumping. One thing I learned, less is definitely more. Try and limit your sets to 10 minutes with a low-ish pressure. Do you have a routine planned?

I’m hoping to follow Avocets pumping 101 routine. Starting at 10 minutes once a day then building from there. I still have a bit of a baseball bat shape so I would like to thicken up the first two inches. I have my widest girth up near my circ scar.

Trust me, baseball shape is better than traffic cone. I’m not sure one ten minute set a day will do much but I suppose it is better to start light.

Hey ironaddict how is the progress coming? Could you stop by this thread I started? Something tells me you have some wisdom to share. :) Need advice, lost libido

PE Goal: 7.5" NBP x 5.8" MSG

Doing my ADS mainly now, When I get more time I will throw hanging back into the mix. My erect status has not changed except I have gone up to 7.5” base girth 1 inch up from the bottom, or 2 including the fat pad. My BPFSL has gone from 7.8 to now 8.0”. No erect length gains =(

Ironaddict…it seems like you may need to add more hanging sets to your routine to fully deform your tissues further, and after you hit 6 sets or more then move up slowly with weight.

The ads is a good thing and it defiantly stretches different tissues, but remember the hanger with more sets has the possibly to produce greater length gains because there’s more force being involved potentially. Doing more sets with the hanger is a slow deformation process, but it has to be one of the safer routes.

Defiantly be careful with clamping. I was JUST LIKE YOU, combining clamping, pumping, with hanging. I’m telling you dude it makes me very aware just reading this knowing what happend to me 11 months ago. I had taken my unit to 9 3/4 in length x 8’ chicks flipped instantly when they’d see it. I could pull ANY chick I danced with from the club with ease no problem. Be AWARE that you do not overdue it. Bib told me no heavy girth work while hanging for length gains and there was a reason for it.

I believe my problem came up from clamping and pumping too hard and that’s when I tore my left tunica. It was the worst pain literally I’ve felt in my groin area. I’d wake up in the morning for at least two weeks with no moring wood but a throbbing pain in my shaft that felt like a cut being dabbed in water. I would wake up grabbing my groin and cringing. I couldn’t continue to hang weight, stretch, or anything even at low weights say 5lbs. No stretching nothing anything would bring back the pain, then just to go to sleep i’d look forward to not having any morning wood because of the pain that i’d feel, so for the next 8 months I had no morning wood at all, that is until I began to jelq again moving back into manual PE.

I lost alittle bit of length and girth, just like Bib said it would happen the unit would still reattach itself but shorter, but I am still about 8.5 x 6’ sometimes longer sometimes thicker. I only do manual routines for the moment and am hanging with 5lbs every now and then. I am going to merge into one hellacious hanging routine like Bib did soon following the NOS email to see if I can make it past 10 inches, I have a very good idea how all the big gainers have gained much there is a strategy to it, but take it from me bro be careful. I am so thankful that I just get erections again it’s unreal relief. Go Slow Jelq keep 100% EQ

Thank you for the post, I never hang anymore. I may go back at it someday, with less sets and just wearing an extender all day (I cannot stand donating that much time in a chair to the hanging it drove me nuts, 6 sets a day!) I am just pumping a lot now. I would get so irritated with the wrapping process, some days my dick was pliable, some it wasn’t, sometimes the wrap (putting it on) would cause me to get an erection, such a fucking pain.

Do you have pics of your unit when it was that massive size? That seems unreal, like it would almost be impossible for penetration. You are saying girls liked it?
