Well M7 I use the vac hanger when possible. I still haven’t MASTERED the BIB, sometimes the thing kills..

I have the hardcore so I might need more padding to add on.

A lot of ADS today after my long hanging set (1 hour I believe, maybe 45 min.) Hit good fatigue for sure.

Then did another set and slept with static stretcher on.

Edit: Just doing my 3rd set of hanging, this time with the bib. Attachment went perfect, used a little bit more wrap, wrapped loose, hanger very tight, and it feels painless.wow, this could be great as I know the bib is better than the vac.

I started to feel very comfortable with it (Bib) as soon as I started tightening way more than I originally planned on. I go until the butterfly nuts are pretty damn difficult to turn - sometimes near impossible. Not sure if that’s where you’re at but I’d give it a try. You may be surprised at how comfortable it becomes.

Yeah that’s what I did last night! It felt great until I stood up.blood went down into my head and I had to end it about 2 minutes after that. But literally I did not feel much. I don’t feel it real strong in my ligs more so my shaft. How about you M7?

It took me a few weeks with the Bib, keeping it very tight, until I really felt it in my ligs. It sounds like your tissues are still adapting to the Bib just a bit. Once they become strong enough to support the required weight, you can hit your ligs.

It sounds like your ligs may be able to take upwards of 20 (maybe more) before they move much. Nothing wrong with that; it is what it is. Needless to say by now I hope, but don’t add more than 1-2 lbs a week.

I just gained another 1/4” in 4 weeks with the Bib, and only 3 of those weeks was I hanging with higher weights. I’m excited! It really grabs the inner penis well.

Does this mean one needs to hang 20 lbs to gain in the ligs? I’ve heard guys gaining starting from 7.5 lbs.

Damn M7, sick progress. You mean another 1/4” or the 1/4” you told me about on bibs forum?

Wannabe7, My girth is 7 at the base. M7 has big girth, it takes more weight for us.

I agree with M7’s assessment, and think that your girth may require a greater weight to initiate greater gains. But I also don’t expect you to gain as quickly as M7, because you have become a slow gainer.

Lately I have had to drop my max weight from 17lbs down to 13lbs because higher weight started to be too much. I can’t explain it other than my ligs and other penile structures couldn’t take the higher weight anymore. Hence, for the past several weeks I have been fluctuating between 13 and 17 pounds max weight whilst achieving fatigue. This all with the Bib starter.

As to vacuum hangers: I don’t have one, although I have read about the weight limits. From experience, I really like the Bib Starter. What I have read says the hardcore is great as well. Since your girth may require more weight, perhaps it is time that you condition yourself with your bib hardcore. What I mean is get used to the feeling of the Bib so that you can start to increase the weight beyond what the vacuum hanger(s) can handle.

Also, a previous post indicated you hung for 25 minutes with the Bib? You’re a veteran but why are you hanging beyond 20 minutes with a lateral compression hanger?

If I did it was probably an accident! I do not ever want to go past 20 with that hanger. It is feeling better now, but I don’t feel it in my ligs really, not at all compared to my vac.

It makes sense that neurotransmitters would play an important role in your “state of dick,” but only as you said if there were some major abnormality should it have a long-lasting effect. They affect out ability to have erections through signals to the nervous system as well as maintain mood (anxiety/depression/etc.). So I don’t think it’s unfair to think that a medication that helped stabilize you to a proper level of these neuro chemicals would have effects on erections, flaccid hang, pliability of smooth muscle, mood, and probably a host of other things.

With that said, you have a tough limiting factor for length, the toughest…a steel beam septum, which I have as well. After many years of PE, there comes a point for US that a long decon break is needed when the septum becomes just too strong to budge at all. If it is limiting your pull in ALL directions, but is most prominent in straight up…it IS your septum. I know you’ve been PE’ing pretty hard for some time now, probably harder than you needed to at times (especially when you had a bad state of dick) so this thing may just be not willing to give until it weakens some.

The good news is you hang…I think this is the only effective way to stretch the septum for people like us. So, you have choices. You can continue to up the weight and see if you can fatigue it, or take a break. I personally would take a good long decon (which I know you won’t do) becasue the type of weight you will need to fatigue right now in this poor state of dick is not a good idea, especially when much lower weight would work if your penis was in a better state. This will make your penis even stronger, and future gains even tougher…and might not produce gains for you right now!!

1 other thing you can try…just wear the ADS and do NOTHING else. An ADS has the ability to put you in a good “state of dick,” but not if other forces are so great that your penis can’t even feel it. This may or may not be possible for you current predicament, but worth a try. It will also give you a mental break, which you need right now. PE is long term. How are your erections?

Thanks! It’s another 1/4”. I’ve gained 1/2” since 9/1. I’m getting greedy and am secretly hoping for another 1/8” before I measure in 2 more weeks.

Rush, If I do not gain even a hair in about a month from now, I will be doing exactly that, wearing an ADS nonstop and nothing else. Hell I know my flaccid size will jump up at least. This septum thing sucks, how did they get like that? I want to just cut the damn thing.

I haven’t been able to post, as I moved to a new studio and only occasionally can steal internet from the neighbors.

I have been hanging some with the Bib, 3 sets a day usually so totaling an hour. And A LOT of time in my static stretcher at a high high tension pressure, sleeping with it and I just started using me Thera-P wristband, I wear than to keep it slightly stretched at work.

I got past 8.25 BPFSL today, it’s about 8.35”

Erect length is a solid 7.15 without pushing really, but BPEL is the same.

If I got to about 8.25 BP, I would be satisfied I think. I am mainly working for flaccid size too.

I pulled a 8.5 BPFSL yesterday. I was in my extender for a few hours and it was before I did a fulcrum set with my bib, I wasn’t warmed up yet, so it was pretty legit, it was right under it today when I checked in the morning. Hadn’t checked BPEL yet.had a rough few days and I haven’t even been having boners.
