Doing as much hanging as possible. I love the red sleeves monkeybar made. They grip so well, and do not hurt my head AT ALL, the blue ones slipped too much and a lot of pressure got built up. I tape my head, and it is barely red/swollen even after 1 1/2 hour sets, with 15.5 lbs.

I am doing the occasional BTC, but mainly SO and RSDT fulcrum. Haven’t gained anything since last report. However I believe I will fast when my flaccid relaxes and stops being so rubbery! It is even kind of firm when hanging.

I will be clamping for 1 short set at the end of the day just for expansion, as I am not exactly sure if I am getting night wood.I will be better soon.

Did two pump sets today in my 2” pump. I hardly ever do them but when I do it is with about a 20% erection.

I wore my ads at nighttime as well. Might do a hang set before bed, however my skin is peeling from how strong the new red silicone sleeves are.

Do you do anything special to make that work? The couple times I have tried that 1) only the first third from the base expanded 2) my dick ached like hell afterwards. Maybe that’s just me…

Oh shit. Not exactly no, I usually grow in length once I am in there. Try going in at 50% maybe. I don’t think it is that big of a deal for mine because a 2” cylinder isn’t a whole lot wider than my flaccid girth.

Oh no they are his new hanging sleeves.they work well, but you HAVE to tape your head completely. I have gained using them.

I am really only hanging for about 45 minutes a day usually. Still doing straight out and using the vac. I might change to SU in about a month. I am getting pretty content with my size which is odd, however my goal is still to get to 9 BPEL, that way I can say I am 8 1/2. Girls already look at it and think 9” but I want it to be to the point where it is like “His dick is too big, it is ridiculous. He is like a horse, yada yada etc.” That would be cool.

Are you not using the Bib anymore? I figured, given your girth and prior gains, that you’d want more force than a vac can offer.

No I really don’t. It was giving me a lot of discoloration, and believe it or not I can use more lbs with the vac. I use 18 lbs for like an hour straight no problem.

Rarely one needs more than that.

I agree, although Iron has, well, a bit of an “Iron” dick like me. Not saying we’re invulnerable to injury, of course. We both just seem to have strong ligs. I’ve, unfortunately, had to go up to 23.75 on the Bib lately to reach fatigue in a reasonable amount of time.
