Everytime I pump I never pump past the same point

Hi there,

I like pumping but have my doubts as to wether it is producing gains in length. As I always seem to pump to the same point and never reach any further.

As for gains in girth I have no idea as I have no way of measuring this.

Any advice

How long have you been pumping? I started about a month ago and have been trying to keep track as well. One thing I think is important to remember (for what it’s worth) is that pumping, like all other methods of PE, is a marathon not a sprint. Done correctly you will see gains over time, but that could be a long period of time. Just like with jelqing, proper pumping will produce results over the long term. If you’re like me, you’ve probably over pumped once or twice just trying to see how big you can get in the tube. I’m currently taking a break from pumping until my skin heals because I got over enthusiastic with the pump.

I can say that so far I believe pumping has produced an increase in my length. My starting length was around 6.5”BPEL and I’m now reaching 7”BPEL. I’m not fully convinced it’s all pump because I’ve lost some weight recently which can affect the fat pad and the BPEL, but I have seen a measureable difference. Don’t give up just yet, give it some time. Hell, as long as you aren’t over doing it, pumping can be enjoyable outside of trying to make your dick bigger.

Pumping is primarily meant for girth, rather than length. It’s not impossible to gain length with it though, but consider it in conjunction with other length exercises.

And as mentioned by thickhouse; it’s a marathon.

The longer you stay in the tube, the more pronounced your length and girth gains will show. Don’t know what your routine is, but good expansion results start to show up in the 25 to 30 minute range of non stop pumping.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

It took me six months before I measured any meaningful “perminant” girth gains. If you do not have a cloth tape, cut a a 3/4 inch strip of paper (I prefer a paper towel) at least 8” long. Wrap it around the middle of your erection and mark the place where the strip of paper overlaps. Place the strip along a flat ruller and the mark will determine your girth.

After 4 years of pumping, I can not say it contributed any significant increase in length; however, it may have aided in the .85” gain in length I attribute primarily to my extender.

So, try pushing past your limit. Mark that spot on your tube and make that your goal every day, then pump a little more past it.
Hold it there for a few seconds and back it down again. Keep cycling up and down until it gets easier to reach.

When I started pumping I remember being surprised once I passed the 7” mark. It was a milestone.
Now I am hitting 8” , and trying to comfortably get past that. 8” has been my limit for a long time, but it is getting easier to reach.
Eventually I will push past it and it will just become a memory.

Tinytim: Yes, that’s what I do also when I working on lenght when I pumping. And it’s working!

Tell please diameter of your tube, time of pumping and vacuum (inHg).
I’m agree with guys, who advised to try reach little further every training. And where your d*ck stop reach in tube - you must have a good rest, no less than 7 days.

sorry for the late response,

The diameter of the tube I was using was between 2.25 and 2.5 inches and the vacuum, I am nut sure as there was no gauge to measure pressure with. It was a cheap ‘toy’ pump from ebay.

I am however now looking at getting the professional set up with a tube more suited to my size.

I attributed the bulk of my gains to pumping, I have tried other forms of PE and some of have worked for varying levels of success however pumping for me is my holy routine. It has yielded countless growth for me and left me with an even healthier penis.

Everybody is different for sure…
I have tried both air & warmwater pumping with manuals. Short supersets & long pumping sets..

Can you please share your pumping routine for some inspiration..

Cheeba you should check on ebay for a brake bleeder kit! you could get one for around 50$ and they are pressure on it you will also be good to use your pump with water :) it’s wath I get after my pump handle broke and it work perfectly with my original tube!
