Thank god I found this thread. I started PE 2 weeks ago and like every person who starts it I overtrained. The last week my EQ was the worst I have ever had. No morning/night wood.. Actually no wood at all. 3 days ago it took me 45 mins to masturbate, had to stop several times to regain a erection or try to get one. I trained 4 days on and one off of warm up, stretching and 150 jelqs and warm down. I got worried so I am now doing 2 days on with warm up/down, stretching and only 100 jelqs. I’ve notice improvements today so I tested it out, I masturbated and got an easy erection and actually finished in 5 mins. The erection was hard and full. I have gained an 1/4 inch in length in 2 weeks but at. The expense of lost erections. I will take it easy for a while with moderate jelqs and I’m sure I will see an improvement over the next few days and weeks.

Overdoing PE?

I started doing PE in October 2013. My goal was, and still
Is, increase girth. It’s working! My girth increased from
5.25” to 5.5” by January 2014. I do kegels (500 quick
Squeezes a day) and jelqing (300 strokes a day).

However for the past 2 weeks I have been experiencing
Difficulty in having erections. I also suffered a loss of
Morning erections. (After a month of PE I woke up
With hard penis, it has not been like this for several
Mornings).

I noticed something about my penis: its skin has become thick
And loose and stretchable like rubber. It is also not sensitive to
The touch like before. Also, I feel something like needle pricks
Along the base of my penis (usually on the right side, sometimes
On the left side) and on the skin along the shaft . It’s like a needle
Moving along a line, as if I am being tattooed.

Am I overdoing PE? I think of stopping for a week or two but
I recently acquired Penomet and I have been eagerly using it
For 15 to 20 minutes a day since December 24.

Should I concentrate on pumping only? I hope a veteran of

I think you doin way to much and if you’re continue with this routine you’re gonna ruin your dick!

Take a break from everything and heal up.. then when your healed, start with 10 minutes of jelqs and 5 minutes pumping at moderate pressure. 2 on 1 off!

You must begin from step one, you can’t begin from a high level because if you do that you have missed building the ground..

Thanks for your advice. I have decided to stop for the rest of January.
I will resume on February and go slow but sure.

Good advice mr.lover. Restdays are important, so taking it slow (been in the same place with lowered EQ)

If you are currently doing PE and you haven’t had improved EQ or worse yet, you have had DECREASED EQ.. Take 2-3 weeks off.. COMPLETELY OFF.


I did a beginner routine called JP90 for 3 months, but I had to stop because people said I over trained. I took a week break and started the same routine again on the 6th of january. However my EQ as described in the first post has not improved. I almost never have an erection throughout the day unless I want to watch porn or touch my dick.
Should I take 2-3 weeks off again or continue with the routine ?

I will try that. I also used a routine from a book that worked for me a year ago for 1 month : stretches for 30 seconds in 4 directions and 10 minutes of jelq. Do I need to take 2-3 weeks off before I try this routine linear routine ?

I forgot to say people said I over trained because I used the bathmate before each workouts of JP90.

Put the bathmate in a cupboard and leave it there. Sort out your manual routine and maybe, if you need to, get the bathmate out in the future if your gains stop. There are much more accurate ways of pumping though.

Yes I understand about the bathmate, I didn’t intend to use it again anyway. So I take a break until I have positive PI right (2-3 weeks) ?

Alright thank you. Let’s hope I can finally find a good routine for me.

I have a strange problem. Daytime erections are huge, everything works great, but at night they’re literally half the size (length and girth). They otherwise feel (hardness) like full erections. Generally, getting up evens things out, but it’s still enough of a difference to wake a guy all the way up.it’s scary! This is a relatively new event. Has anyone else experienced this, and did it go away?

I’ve just come across this threat and realize that EQ is a whole lot more than I thought it was. When I;m on a good regime of various supplements and a reasonable PE routine my EQ is pretty good, but if not I may get an erection with stimulation and although it may be a pretty good one it doesn’t last like it did a few years ago. I remember times where my erection could throb for hours and when I ejaculated it would bounce back within about 10 mins.
