Thank god I found this thread. I started PE 2 weeks ago and like every person who starts it I overtrained. The last week my EQ was the worst I have ever had. No morning/night wood.. Actually no wood at all. 3 days ago it took me 45 mins to masturbate, had to stop several times to regain a erection or try to get one. I trained 4 days on and one off of warm up, stretching and 150 jelqs and warm down. I got worried so I am now doing 2 days on with warm up/down, stretching and only 100 jelqs. I’ve notice improvements today so I tested it out, I masturbated and got an easy erection and actually finished in 5 mins. The erection was hard and full. I have gained an 1/4 inch in length in 2 weeks but at. The expense of lost erections. I will take it easy for a while with moderate jelqs and I’m sure I will see an improvement over the next few days and weeks.
