If you feel numb , take a few days off playing with him .
Heat him as much as you can .
I hot pad my meat total about 20 min .
Plus the hot shower at my club .

I know it’s unusual , but you have to get into your dick and really feel what your PE is doing to him .
Nothing like making decisions from your own sensations .
He will tell you how what you’re doing is affecting him .

Yes your right, my writing wrong and you can understand mean of me .it unusual for me, thanks !!
And next point is maybe I need to find out new way in jelq for train ,because I never change jelq way, it was still training half years , and just warm up 5 mins, stretching 30 mins and 30 mins dry or wet jelq way .especially jelq not feeling and out control erection 50 percent tend soft while training him

Been thinking about EQ a lot recently:

Over the last week, I’ve had either no morning wood or weak morning wood. I do not remember waking up with any night wood either. I’ve been under the weather and stressed with work, so assume that is what may be causing that. My normal erections are strong through, and they happen fairly easily when with the wife. But I’ve been questioning whether to take a very short break (1 week max) just to see if morning/night wood comes back.

I may work on getting more rest and minimizing stress first and then trying the break. Hopefully that will help with the girth gains I’m looking to make.

Sometime I think the stress sure effect PE penis train are 50 percent erection .second sound like you should take few day or weeks off. Take back it work. .

What is the recommended erection % for jelqing may I ask in your opinion? (If jelqing is what you are referring to)


July 2014 BPEL - 5 1/4" BPEG - 6 1/2" (Measured around base)

Jay , found out jelq erection level , 50 - 75 % .
Recommend not jelqing an erection .

Glad I looked this up , cause I was doing erect jelqs and lost my wood .

Thank you. One quick question, when jelqing, should the hand stop when it touches the glans or should it continue squeezing all the way up to the tip of the penis?

Stop when you reach the glans. You can give a small stretch for a second before starting the next stroke. If you’re more interested in length gains, use a lower erection level, I.e closer to 50% than 90%.
