I have a question on this. Does the temperature of your room affect night wood at all? I have no heating and it is always freezing when I wake up.Do you think this would affect anything?

This could mean something. Normally I get some night wood but lately my room has been about 68* at night and I only find myself waking up with half-boners.

My EQ has always been terrible, and doing PE has helped that a little, but not much. I have definitely gotten improved length and girth.

I guess by terrible I mean around a 6. I have never had a “rock hard” erection in my adult life.

How would this be on the EQ scale?

1) lots and lots of erections randomly throughout the day and when talking to someone I’m into, but not THAT easy to get it up anymore(think it might be desensitization as I masturbate 2-3 times a day and often use porn)
2) pretty damn frequently, I wish there were less frequent
3) usually they’re about a 5 on a scale of hardness when I get them in the middle of the day, but if I’m stimulating myself they’ll go to a 9 or 10 pretty quickly
4) depends on the day, sometimes I CAN’T GET RID of them, other times, especially when I WANT to keep them they’ll go away easily but I can get it back relatively easily as well
5) 5-10 minutes
6) almost never have morning wood. ALWAYS have night wood.

Overall erection quality scales with how good my diet is, if I’m eating A LOT it’s better, if I’m eating less it’s lower.

Sparkyx, do you mean no PE or no PE, no sex, no edging, no anything?

Well my EQ is really great after 2-3 weeks of jelq but thats maybe I’m ejaculating only once a week .. I hate to jerk off only once a week but I think that helps a lot to gains .. I don’t know why but I think it helps :)

How about pumping. Light pressure non agressive pumping is a treatment for erectile dysfunction, so wouldn’t it be ok to keep pumping if you’ve overdone it on other PE methods?

Thank you Sparkyx. I’ve been at it for about 2 1/2 years with moderate success. After reading this I took a decon break for 2 months and after the first week my EQ took off. I am now back on the newbie routine which is nice because my old routine took about an hour and a half. Now I’m down to about 45 minutes.

What do you do if you’re EQ decreases but you are gaining?

PE is so complex.

Until Friday I was clamping and my EQ was not very good, so I thought i was probably overdoning it. (like the theory says)

The last days I added a 2*10min pumping session to the clamping session and my erections are starting to get better.

What does this tell me? I do not get it.
