I am wearing phallosan around for 6 hours to 7 hours a day in breaks and I am doing no other exercise. I have lost my nite wood and have poor erection. What other exercise I should to increase my erection.

PE should be pleasurable .
And done with intent for growth .
You can do PE for a while , and find a new way to do a jelq that makes a difference in output .
I’m always finding out how to be more effective with my PE .

I recommend reading instructions again with a fresh mind .

Not sure about prostate problems , unless you’re doing your PE and it’s feeling like jacking .
Intent of getting a nut and then not .
Could clog your system .

I’ve not overtrained as far as I’m aware, doing the newbie routine for about 4 months now, and stretching for 15 minutes and jelqing 30 minutes at my longest. I’ve go no night wood or increased morning wood. Maybe PE just don’t work? For some?

Wondering if you take rest days .
The reason I ask is that I’ve been over training for a long time and lost my wood .
And I never took rest days .

Been on a month break .
Still don’t have my wood back completely , but he’ll get there .

My advice , read instructions again .
How much pull are you using ?
Coax his length out , not pull him off your body .
For me , less CAN be more .

Let’s get some basic info before runaway advice.

1 How old are you?
2 Do you take any medications?
3 When was your last medical exam and blood work?
4 How often did you have erections at night before the problem?
5 When was the last time you had a night erection?
6 When did you first notice lower EQ.
7 Have you ever had that problem before?

Now we can begin to make some scientific sense of it.

I used to do 2 days on, 1 day off. Now it’s 3 days on, 1 day off.

I pull hard just so it’s not quite aching on my ligaments too much. Sometimes I place my grip just under the shaft with both hands, sometimes one hand grabs me closer to the ligaments and pulls harder from there.

Jay , I used to grab mine same way when stretching .
I realized I was pulling too hard , although it felt great doing it .
Then I stopped and just felt how he was feeling inside .
I think if you can get over the ego idea that pulling hard is good , you can feel how a lighter pull is more conducive for growth .
I could feel the inner shaft being pulled and the feeling was great !
I was coaxing the hidden penis out without excessive pull .
Actually getting jiggy from the lighter tension .

Anyway , give it a shot and see how he responds .

Odd. On another thread I felt that others were basically telling me to pull harder (more intensity) to make it grow. Again, conflicting advice.

I can’t see how pulling on your penis could feel great and you could get jiggy with it though, it’s quite frankly uncomfortable.

I don’t think over doing the pulling on your meat helps anything but over train .
To me , the lighter tension I used , had my meat feeling very pleasurable .

Also, is your penis meant to be longer at BPFL just after PE exercise?

As I started measuring mine 1 day ago and on my last measure just now after PE this particular measurement is actually shorter in flaccid length than at another time when it was just during the day, NOT after PE.


July 2014 BPEL - 5 1/4" BPEG - 6 1/2" (Measured around base)

December 2015 BPEL - 5 3/4" BPEG - 6 1/2" (Measured around base) September 2020 BPEL - 6"
