I’m not putting words in your mouth, I’m doing deductions basing on what physiology studies can say us about connective tissue elongation (even this wasn’t the originary topic of this thread).

If you are basing on your experience to teach everybody how they have to do PE, you are supposing one or both of these:

1) you are the only one that has PE experience, and everybody else should shout-up whe you are speaking on this subject;

2) your PE experience has some kind of scientific support.

About your “…experience and accomplishments”, are you starting again this “I have a bigger unit than you have” contest? Are you asking for me putting my pics on this site against your pics? Or are you doing unsupported claims?

If I am doing this much work, and not showing any gains(actually showing a decrease in Side BPEL), then something is wrong. I was thinking of getting the static stretcher, but I really don’t want to waste any more money than I already have.

Something I’m finding amusing.. A ‘Deacon’ is a position of status in a lot of churches.. (Like an assistant to the pastor—implying the term would mean no PE/ and perhaps some self inflicted chastity). I do realize you all mean ‘de-conditioning’ by a ‘decon’ break— I just wonder if anyone else noticed the double meaning (at least in terms of the pronunciation).

Would anyone still argue against Yssupgnitaeevol taking a rest with those PI’s?

Did you ever follow up to see what kind of results Yssupgnitaeevol ended up with? Also, I’m not sure I’ve ever seen anything specifying how long a decon break should be.. And I did notice that someone lamented that Xeno never explained exactly how long to make a decon break (he seemed like a big proponent of very long breaks—stretching 3 month or longer spans from what I read).

You can do a search about, but I think there isn’t much more regarding his gains - you could PM him, I think.

About decon-break lenght, theoretically speaking the more one overworked the more the decon-break should last. I don’t know vey much about Xeno’ ideas on the matter.

However, don’t take too seriously threads pretending to say something scientific about PE (like this thread of mine) - these are more “intellectual amusements” than practical guides to PE, if it’s clear what I mean. :)

I’ve said many times that there are so many methods of PE that work. It doesn’t matter how or why they work, only that they do. And when one method stops giving gains, it’s time to vary the routine. We find what we like and what works for us; it’s trial and error.

I try not to get sucked into the ‘science’ threads unless someone is putting forward dangerously wrong ideas. I read hundreds of pages of research a year on connective tissue, but I can still only hypothesize on exactly how it relates to PE. Some guys read one article and base their whole theories around it. Maybe that approach just feels right to them, or they have used it and gained, so they ‘like’ that method and want to champion it.

Plenty of guys post their progress threads; some use high load/short duration, some low load/long duration. Some mostly work on girth, some on length. Some do PE every day, some only a couple of times a week.

We are working, ligs and tunica, girth and length, erection strength, etc. there are too many variables to say ‘this approach will work best, because science says so’.

All the argument is intellectually amusing indeed, but certainly not worth getting heated about. Personally I’d be very happy never to see another science thread here at all. Guys saying “hey, this worked for me”, and others trying it and reporting back, is of far more value than all the pseudoscience these threads generate.


Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.
