Hardgainers that has succeed with PE
I have been using the JES extender since july-august and started with manual stretches and jelqing 4 weeks ago. Still I haven`t gained shit! Only flacid gains, but none while erect (I think). I don`t know how much PE that is enough. Currently I do manual stretches 10-15 min a day and jelq 20-30 min a day. I also try to use my ADS device as much as possible during the day at low tension.
Everyone in here seems to be gaining but me. I don`t know what to do. Perhaps I should to everything (manual stretch, jelqing, pumping, hanging, Uli`s, Clamping) and hope that something will work for me?
Does tunica gains take longer then ligaments gains? Could it be that ligament gains (similar to penis surgury?) effect flacid length but not erect so much? And tunica gains focus more on erect length? Should I focus more on tunica stretches then ligaments stretch?
I know newbie`s like me probably is a pain in the ass for some of you. But I just want to find something that works for me and then stick with it. Now it seems nothing works for me.
I would be glad if some other hardgainers would give me some advice!!
