But when I do, what’s my problem ? Why it always tugbacks , never lower.. Always the same amount of tugback ?

I am the same way marco88, our kegal muscles are probably just stronger than whatever is providing resistance.

I love to do PE but sometimes I feel like I am not making my penis bigger and better but just mutilating my penis. Hopefully I am wrong though, but haven’t you guys ever thought that it would be better to have a smaller healthy penis than a bigger screwed up penis?

When I tug on my penis up high, I don’t feel a stretch or any kind of lig pull. The only time I really feel a tug back or a lig stretch is when it is 8:00’ or lower. Does this mean I should hang to see the best results?

That kind of precludes hanging which is a very intense form of PE recommended only for those with at least three months or more of experience.

The Newbie Routine is all you need be concerned about at this time and the angle at which it’s done doesn’t seem to make much, if any, difference in outcome.

I just read LOT Theory and my mind seems to be a mess.

In front of a mirror I stretched my penis from 12:00 to 6:00 but the tugback happens all the way, I mean, it is very evident at 12:00 and starts to decrease till 6:00 (it is still visible).. So the tugback doesn’t stop. It’s minimum at 6:00 but it is still there. What does it mean? Don’t I have a LOT? And which angles I should work with? Please anyone who sees this gimme some examples along with the explanation. I hope this is not a bad news!

Most of the vets don’t consider the LOT theory to be of much importance; it may have a little significance to harcore hangers, but is irrelevant to manual exercises as you will be hitting lots of angles with them anyway. I’ve never worried about LOT theory.

I am also a newbie and now I realize how few I knew about my penis. I have been learning a bit on the basic anatomy available here.

I have the same kind of situation as Ikki T (no LOT, technically). Anyway, I am happy with the newbie routine and I already feel the good results of it. I’ve PEing for about a month. It feels like there is more blood flow and my flaccid penis is bigger than before. Also there was already a growth on BPEL (measured after 48h off of PE). Soon I will take new measures to update my statistics.
Also there is a good psychological effect of PE. I feel like I have a better relation with my penis, and with myself. Also I discovered I am not small as I thought before (currently 6”BPEL), just average.

Anyway. I would like to understand LOT theory better. I do not get the idea.

Let’s see if I got it:
When I kegel, I am contracting the BC muscle. When there is a tugback in a certain angle while kegeling the stretched flaccid penis, it means that the Ligament is not taking the tension of the stretch, is it?
Than, being this the case, it indicates that the ligaments are not tense at that angle when the penis is stretched.
But how could that show that there isn’t much inner penis and that the ligaments can’t be stretched much further?

Did you vets experience some kind of exhaustion of the capacity to lengthen the ligaments at some time? How is it like?

As far as I am concerned, the biggest problem with the LOT theory is that it is all about what happens when you kegel.

When you have done PE for a while, you become very aware of where/which tissues the stretch is happening in when you stretch at different angles. If you are not aware of it, it means you have not been concentrating on what you feel, and feel is the MOST important aspect of PE. Every bit of PE you ever do, try to feel what is happening inside your penis.

If you are aware of where you feel the stretch, that should guide your choice of angles.

For what it’s worth Luis, you have got it. And big gains come from the tunica and Bucks fascia, not from the ligaments.
