Bib's LOT Theory

Yeah I don’t subscribe to it. My lot was like 7 but my ligs were so tight my dick used to hang actually suspended over my ball sack.


Currently 6.5 NBP 5.5EG.

Been pe’ing for about four months now and I only just now took the time to read up on the bib’s LOT theory.. I’m glad that the consensus now is that it should be forgotten and that my low LOT will not prevent me from gaining how I would like to! :)

What does no LOT mean? I feel a strong pull pulling up and weaker pulling down but even pulling strait down a hard enough kegel pulls back… ?

I have a low 6 o’clock lot and I have not seen any gains in 6 months, using various routines that I saw 3cm of gain. When I stopped PE for a month I had lost all the gains. So I’m getting some sort of device to aide my PE routine and get any feedback from those with low lots. Whether I should be looking at hanging, ads, extenders or etc.

I have a suggestion: Forget about LOT. Virtually no one considers that theory relevant anymore.

I’m glad people are finally coming around to the fact that the “LOT Theory” is nothing more than a mere circus act. I’ve always felt that way but I knew when I had my ligs cut during a phalloplasty surgery (which had zero affect on my LOT) that this is just a bunch of nonsense.

Now it is impossible to argue with that. I mean if you had your ligaments CUT and still had TUG BACK, well it sure ain’t from the ligaments!! Ha ha ha h ahhaa

Funny thing is that I’m pretty new to PE in general (7 weeks in) and I just started hanging last week.. I feel WAY more ligament stretch when I stretch at a high angle then when I stretch at a low angle. When I stretch at a low angle, I mostly feel my skin stretching (and it hurts and I’m not talking about the skin on my penis, I’m talking about the skin in the pubic region that pulls like two bands forming a V and intersecting at the penis base.).

I guess ill be hanging upside down.

Do you think then that tugback is caused by some muscle (lets say kegel muscles) pulling on the inner penis then?

I wish this thread would get locked away in some deep, dark dungeon never to see the light of day again!

So I’m getting into hanging. The concensus is that LOT is rubbish?

If not I’m an idiot and I don’t understand it. I wish someone could simple put it like this

LOT 6 Hang low
LOT 7 Hang low
LOT 8 Hang low
LOT 9 Hang high

Sorry I can’t focus long enough to read the whole thing. ADD you know?

MY tug diminishes at about 8 so should I hang low or hang high? Meaning no visable movement of my hand when I kegel. At 9 it starts again.

Any help is appreciated.
