Bib's LOT Theory

Ok, thanks for clearing that up for me.

I just measured myself for the first time in a while today. The results are even more depressing than what I thought it would be. 0.6” less.

Damn.. Oh well even more of a reason to begin PE’ing.

I have to admit that the lot theory just about made me give up on PE all together but irc I’m gonna get 8x6 some day even if I am 50 by the time it happens. I have gained 3/4 in bpel and 1/4 inch in eg giving my current stats at 6x5 and I started with a LOT of 6. Been doing reagular pe for exactly one month solid now and look foreword to the newgains ill be hopefully more active online. I have been following you all in the forum shadows for 6 years now.

My penis pulls back very much the closer I am to 12 o’clock, and decreases as I lower the angle from 11 towards 6 o’clock. If I’ve understood the original post this is backwards of how it should be, and confuses me. At 9 o’clock the pull back is still decent, but by 7 o’clock there’s basically no pull back. Can you help me make sense of this?

I don’t know why this confused me as much as it did. My LOT happens around 9-10. Can someone please explain what I should do to capitalize on length gains?

I am new to PE. I read the post about LOT theory. Can anyone explain to me about tugback. How do I check or feel for tugback? What exactly am I looking for. Can anyone explain this to me like I am a two year old. Thanks

From a standing position, grasp your glans gently and pull it up toward your belly button. Do a kegel (squeeze the BC muscle like you are taking a pee and need to force out the last little bit). While you tighten/loosen your BC muscle you should feel a small tug in your fingers on the hand holding your glans. This is the tugback an this is the 12 oclock position.

Bib’s LOT theory was for hangers, men who hang weights from their penises. It attempted to predict which direction of hanging would be more beneficial based on an erroneous assumption about penile anatomy. It was tested extensively and shown not to be predictive of anything. Besides, it was for hangers.

The LOT theory can safely be ignored by all new members. It won’t help you get gains with jelqing or stretching or even with hanging.

If you and Thunder think that the LOT Theory is bogus then why not get rid of this thread or at least remove the sticky and let it eventually purge out?

I know that Modesto Man created a simulator but how is that a test?

Would you suggest a guy with an erection angle that points to 11:00 or higher, hang OTS before BTC?

Thanks for the suggestion about removing the sticky. I’d like to see that happen since newbies frequently ask about the LOT theory, usually in relation to jelqing and stretching.

There are several threads, including the one by Modesto Man that you mentioned, that discuss why this theory won’t work. I don’t really have the time to look up all of them. The conclusion of all the discussions was that tugback angle cannot predict anything useful regarding hanging.

My point was to address everyone who asks about LOT and thinks it’s going to help them with jelqing and stretching. It won’t.

I have no suggestions about hanging in relation to erection angle, which is not the same as LOT, since I haven’t used a hanger since 2003. I did it back then to have the experience, but didn’t find it comfortable or useful. Jelqing and stretching was enough for me to see gains.

You’re welcome to post anywhere. I again apologize if you thought my post was in response to what you’d written.
