I’ve been on Thunder’s place for a while now . The main thing I’ve noticed is that some people do not know about the video thread that is present here. Many people have asked me to send them links to a certain exercise video quite a few times, so I’m putting all the links to the video’s here. By looking at videos new members can correct them self if they are making any mistakes which will reduce the chances of injuries.

If you are a newbie then do this for about 2 months then move on to a bit advance exercises , the newbie routine will condition your penis to handle the advance exercises . Example: When you learn to ride a bike you first learn to balance and then pedal then you learn other stuff. You cant just take a bike and pop wheelie and drive around on a single wheel without learning to ride the bike on two wheels. The same applies to PE.

The Newbie Routine

5 minutes hot wrap

1.Double stretch.
This exercise mainly stretches the skin at the base, if the skin at the base is stretched it stops pubic hair from moving up the shaft.

2.Internal stretch.
The Internal Stretch focuses on stretching the inner penis, the part of the penis that is hidden inside the body. This penis enlargement exercise is best performed while sitting down with the legs spread.This exercise is just like v-stretch the thing is your balls will be in a different position

3. Under the leg/Leg stretch. Thanks to marinera we have a thread with pic’s .
This exercise will stretch you ligaments and will give you further length gains.

DLD BLASTER…”The Ultimate Length Exercise”
What is going on in the video ? I dont understand anything ? What is this might be some of the question popping up in your head.

DLD blaster in a nut shell: So basically hold the stright out stretch and then do a kegel hold that for 3 sec then release then do a reverse kegel, that’s about it.

What is a kegel and reverse kegel?
Here is a common way of describing Kegels and reverse Kegels: Next time you go to the bathroom to take a piss, try to stop the flow of urine and hold it back (a few drops may come out, do this a few times and hold for a second or two. That is a Kegel.
Next time you go to the bathroom or on that same trip, try to force the urine out as fast and as hard as possible. It almost feels like tissue, muscles, and blood are being forced to the head of your penis. That is a Reverse Kegel.

1.Twisted stretch.
This penis enlargement exercise mainly targets penis length, and benefits erect penis length, flaccid penis length.

2.Rotation stretch.
The Rotation Stretch is a stretch performed in a circular motion. Pulling while rotating 360 degrees target makes this penis enlargement exercise stretch all tissue in the penis. Make sure to stretch with the same intensity in all angles.

Exercises to straighten an upward curve/downward curve.

Vertical-jelq/.
The Vertical Wet Jelq is a Wet Jelq variation where the stroke curves down. This penis enlargement exercise can be used to straighten an upward curve. Do the exercise in the opposite way to fix downward curve.

Thank you for putting this together, those okaydick.com videos are very well produced! I like how the penis is visually isolated so you can really see what’s going on.

I like the thundersplace videos too, but to be honest I was rather intimidated by the huge size of our model when I first joined.
