The Leg Stretch

I guess somebody else has already thought and written something about this kind of stretch on this immense forum, but I have not seen; so I thought to explain this advanced kind of stretch; you’ll need either a long penis or a flexible body (or both) to perform this.

First, place one of your legs (let’s say the right leg) on the sitting plane of a chair (fig.1).

Then, pass your right hand behind your right hamstring (fig. 2) and, forming a V grip, grab the glans (fig. 3).

Now, always grabbing the penis, sit down and move your right leg on the left leg; your ankle should be placed on the left knee, at the hand of this manouvre (fig. 4 -5).

Now, use your shin as a fulcrum to stretch your penis.

You can use your left hand to apply a more secure and less fatiguing grip on your glans.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

How long should you hold stretch? I cant try this stretch yet because with my short arms I believe I would have to have a foot of flaccid penis to get started. I do believe a person would get a hell of a good stretch though.

Well, it can apply a huge force, because you can use your upper body weight as force and the leg as a lever, arms being just used to hold. So it shouldn’t last long. It should be used once in a while as a ‘shock therapy’ IMHO.

With the Leg Stretch, starting out, you think holding it for 30 seconds would be too much stress on your unit?

No, I don’t think it would be too much for experienced PEers. Actually, the longer you hold the stretch the better, assuming you are not applying crazy force (which again, is hard not to do with this exercise, so kinda depends on your specifi bodily features).
