Exercises & Supplements to increase/improve PENIS bloodflow
After reading numerous threads, I want to increase bloodflow around my pelvic region, ie. my dick.
The principle behind this is as follows: 1) engage in PE exercises to cause plastic deformity to your dick thereby enlarging it, ie. jelq, hang, pump, clamp, extender/ADS, etc; 2) heal in an extended non-turtled state, ie. fowfers, ADS, autoxleeve, golf rings in the freezer, etc; AND 3) increase bloodflow to the penis area to promote enlargement/healing in an enlarged state.
So to improve my circulation and bloodflow to my cock, I’m starting to do the following:
1) Adding leg exercises to my workout routine, ie. squats, lunges, leg press, etc. Also add many variations of abodminal exercises to my workout routine (to reduce fatpad although mine isn’t bad b/c I’m in good shape and more importantly, to increase bloodflow/circulation close to the pelvic/penis region.
I’m one of those guys who used to focus solely on upper body only, my theory is that my PE routines will be far more productive due to increased bloodflow to my cock with the leg/abdominal exercises.
BTW, there is one machine that chicks use all the time at the gym, the one where it looks like they’re sqeezing their thighs (at 24 hour fitness, it’s the machine labeled “HIP ADDUCTION” it works the INNER thigh muscles. I’ve been doing this one a lot and it seems to really target the pelvic region.
2) Taking multiple supplements to improve bloodflow and circulation. There’s a wealth of information in the supplement sections.
So I’m taking a Supergreen Food powder from Vitamin Shoppe that I mix in water, it’s got tons of shit that’s great for your cock including wheat barley grass, spirulina, folate, bee pollen, etc.
Also taking Acai extract pills (Vitamin Shoppe brand) which aids in circulation.
Also taking supplements to aid in sperm production but that’s a different issue (Arginine, B12 complex or something like that to aid in absorption, Lecithin GRANULES not the pills, Horny Goat weed, Python pills from Vitamin Shoppe which has saw plametto , muira puama, guarana, tribulus, etc).
Finally, taking supplements to aid in testosterone production (ZMA, or zinc magnesium and some kind of B vitamin I think). Other than lifting a lot of weights/working out and taking ZMA, I’m open to other ways to increasing my testosterone levels (ie. more random boners which promotes penis growth).
3) This doesn’t really apply to myself, but I would recommend to others: STOP SMOKING, STOP DRINKING COFFEE (research tells me these activities hurt bloodflow), STOP WATCHING PORN (increase testosterone/morning wood)
Can anyone make any further suggestions on what else we can do to increase circulation to our penises?? I am convinced this is a crucial component to gains.
