Length and Girth Exercises (which comes first?)

In your routines, which comes first, the length exercises or the girth exercises? With mine I go with the length exercises first (stretches) followed by the girth exercises (squeezes) then ending with a combination of both (jelqs).

My Newbie Routine

Thats a point of contention.

The rubber band theory suggests that if you increase the girth length becomes harder to gain, like increasing the thickness of a rubber band. This is I believe the preferred view.

Personally I think that increasing girth may help break resistance to length gain by applying force in a different direction, not allowing the penis to become too accustomed to a particular direction of force. I believe I’m in the minority on this viewpoint.

Do what works. I would split my routine up doing jelqs in the am and stretches in the pm.
