Honestly, I have hardly made any gains. My routine is a five minute warm up and then 10 mins stretching 10 mins jelqing, but honestly I never make any gains, and my EQ fluxes ridiculously.

Sometimes I can’t even get hard for a girl it’s terrible and I can’t figure out why, I just don’t improve EQ or my unit via exercise. Like, I just want my EQ to go up more than anything sometimes I Just jelq to see if it will and it doesn’t work. Then I realized perhaps my light workout is damaging my junk similar to venous leaking. I just don’t know what to do.

I can get hard by myself so easily, any amount of porn does the trick, but my EQ still fluxes with indiscernible variables…

No way a “light” workout would be damaging your penis enough to have you not get it up bro. If you’re old enough, it might be time to see a urologist. Providing all is right anatomically, keep up the PE, it can only help if you’re doing it right.

Can I ask how you´re life is outside of PE? Like do you have any sort of depression, do you eat healthy, stay active, get good sleep at night? A lot of factors could be affecting your EQ, and it probably isn´t light jelqing.

You don’t say how long you’ve been doing the same routine - once your penis is adapted to the stress of a routine, you need to increase or alter the routine to see continued gains!

If you can get hard by yourself, but not with a woman, the problem is mental, not physical - probably performance anxiety, or watching too much porn.

Give up porn and masturbating and your problem will most likely go away. How often do you do your routine? It is only 20 minutes so even if you do it every day that is not really much so why would you give up if you really haven’t even gotten far into it?

You have been a member for awhile so have you tried longer routines? How much have you gained so far?

Don’t give up WZ. Go back to the newbie routine and be consistent with your exercise, if you are not then you will not gain. I have to agree with firegoat’s post. One question how old are you? and if you can answer axel_1’s questions, we may be able to help with your gains, but as far as getting a go EQ when with a female, I believe firegoat may have answered that problem.

Your problem is actually not to uncommon Zero. The problem with pe routines is that they fall into one of two categories, either too light and not really challenging, or I’ve seen people stack up redundant exercises on top of eachother like a house of cards ready to fall. Too extreme and no goal in mind.
The solution I found actually came from a bodybuilding magazine. You need to keep innmind the following questions.
1. What is my pe goal?
2. Is my routine achieving desired results?
3. Can I finish my routine in about an hour or less?
4. Am I hurting myself?
5. Can I get an erection after my routine?

First off you need to set a goal for what you want to accomplish with pe five years from now. That gives you 60 months to achieve almost anything with enough room for actually living a life that finds time for pe instead of a life that centers around pe with almost no time to enjoy living. So what is your goal?
Do you want length or girth? Do you want to be able to pop open your button flys when you see a sexy figure or would you like to last all night for once? Do you wantto fix a tree shaped penis or grow a head? You see to often guys force themselves to complete all of these goals at once and end up failing almost all of them which is like trying to five jigsaw puzzles at once.

Now if you take just one goal at time working with one aspect a month pe becomes a lot more reasonable. Say for example you want to build up girth and length to please your lover more. Take one month now working mainly with jelqs,holds, and clamping. Then next month continue with jelqing but reduce the pressure and pull for 10 sec at the end of each repitition.

You could also try my visualization process where I draw a penis roughly scale to mine then draw three outlines around it. I keep whereby can look at it every day and after I make progress with girth I shade in one outline. You can do the same for length too!

I would agree with this. I have had performance problems before and was able to link them to stress, fatigue, or bad health every time.

I think your routine is too light dude. When you say ten minutes of jelqing, how many jelqs to you actually get in? If you frequently have to return yourself to hardness, you may not be getting enough jelqs in to make a difference. I would recommend going for quantity above anything else. Also, many have reported an increase in bloodflow to the penis from doing kegels (exercising of the muscle that cuts off urine). Hope this helps.

Trust me, your better off walking away then doing damage and living with it your whole life. If it’s not working, trust your gut. Don’t listen to these crazy skitzos.

If I did ten minutes of jelqing, I wouldn’t be able to maintain an erection for a week or more. It could be possible that: given your fluctuating EQ, your routine is actually too intensive.

I would strongly recommend cutting back to basics, a stretch in each direction held for x amounts of seconds, a minimal amount of jelqs (40) and focus on improving your EQ then ramping up the intensity gradually in a controlled and scientific fashion.

Wow Sophomoric. I used to do 900 jelqs a night 5-6 days a week!

I’m only doing PE to increase my EQ, minor gains are welcome but I’ve only done it for the EQ.

Jelqing appeared to help me for a long time giving me rock hard erections all the time. Now I feel no pain after-words, so maybe I should increase the amount, but that gives me fear.

I’m 22, but I’ve always had problems with erections.

I work out a lot which bars my testosterone a certain amount, but shouldn’t make a big difference.

I drink a lot and was drunk when that happened, hence my really poor writing :/

I don’t kegel as it seems to have fluctuating effects, it hurts my EQ sometimes and sometimes minorly improves it.

Regardless of psychological effects, my EQ could be stronger, even with just myself. A month ago from the jelqing I would get overly hard plastic feeling erections (which were awesome, and when I had sex with them girls loved it, I could kegel and I knew they could feel it). I don’t think its primarily psychological, I’m (not to brag) very good with women and don’t really trip up in my head. When it happened I was pissed but not in the same way as one might assume, I don’t get mad at myself really… I can’t explain it, I just don’t think its psychological, I had that when I was younger like 15 and I’m pretty sure I have no fear of stuff like that. I have pleased enough women in the past couple years that I don’t think I’ll ever lose it and I feel very sexually capable.

So, back to the true problem. That happened to me that night because I was too drunk and I know it, but in general my EQ hasn’t been the same as when I first started, forsure.
I’m going to read all these articles and see if I can come up with anything.
PS, the reason I started PE was to become more capable of drunk sex. My EQ has always fluctuated sometimes been amazing but my drunk EQ is always terrible, :/
