Linear Newbie Routine

Oi guys , after a week and a half with the newbie routine I think it´s too hard because my EQ decreased and red spots appeared on the glands, even though my erections seem more power full they were less and less so I stopped for a couple of days and my morning wood reappeared with all it’s glory,
So I decided that to restart with a less demanding routine like this one.
Should I start from zero or just decrease the intensity of the newbie routine?

I just took my first measurement after starting the linear routine and I broke 6 inches on the measure. Thats a .3 inch increase increase in 5 workouts.

Granted I was doing another regime much more strenuous, and complained when I saw no results. Marinera then advised me to stop all pe for a week and then start the linear routine. I followed his advise and then 5 workouts later.Presto! I’m growing!

Sweeeeet- did you follow the routine as descibed i.e. start with only 10 jelqs and then increase it by 10 after 3 sessions? Or did you do something else? Has anyone else recently had gains from this routine?

You can search turkey neck for more descriptions. Turkey neck is different from hair climbing up the shaft, but the idea of preventing it is about the same. However, to prevent turkey neck you’re just stretching the skin on the bottom of the shaft.

In the description you quoted, I gather he meant to OK grip near the base of the shaft and another OK grip higher up. Then pull those grips in opposite directions to stretch the skin in between the two. The idea being that you grow more skin so that as your penis grows it won’t borrow skin from the base, pulling hairy skin further up the shaft.

So I guess your base OK grip should be above any hair, while the higher OK grip (based on what people say in the turkey neck threads) should be just below the circumcision scar if you’re cut.

Yes, beenie, I started with ten jelqs str8 out and ten jelqs down.I increased five until I saw growth and will continue with 15 in each direction straight out and down, and am slowing adding very very slight stretches and a slight stretch gel pack cool down (I emphasize very slight, because it is basically no strain at all and is only pulling my unit till a very small amount past full erect length).how does this sound penis gurus?

Even this might be too much however as I have just seen some red/purple blotching on my penis. Maybe my strength of jelq is too strong?

Hey all I’m just starting out PE and following this routine, and I was wondering if I’m doing it correctly. In the wet jelq video, the guy seems to be squeezing the life out of his penis, is it necessary to apply that much pressure?

Excessive prtessure is not required. Just apply enough pressure to give a good ‘pull’ without pain. but enough to feel that something is being worked.

Too much pressure and you will start to get red dots. Which is a danger signal.

Moderate pull is all that is required. But yo will be able to sense what amount of pull is best for you as you progress.

I know this is a debatable topic, I was reading some different opinions on whether this was a good idea or not.

A could compress might cause shrinkage like cold weather causes shrinkage. Most guys I’m pretty sure would advocate keeping it warm, fat and long. I certainly do.

Of course there’s always the chance that a cold compress might cause some unanticipated, counter-intuitive reaction that speeds growth, but there’s probably not enough people willing enough to try it to get a reliable idea of whether or not it might be any better, and the chance of it being better is probably very slim.

Hey I just started my first PE session today with the linear routine, however I am confused. Is the rountine just a warmup and jelqs at it’s most basic level? Because that is what I did. I began with about a 50% erection level and proceeded to do 30 jelqs. Am I on the right track?

Is the standard newbie routine as it written on the tutorial unsafe and not so effective for gains?

3 Month Mark

I started PE exactly 3 months ago.I initially used the normal newbie routine but that was taxing on my dick.I then took a week off and started began again with the linear newbie routine approximately 3 months to this day.
My Pre-PE measurements was- Length 6.7 BPEL and 5.4 EG.
My current measurement is - Length 7.5 BPEL and 5.7-8 EG.

Things learned -

Jelqing at 60-70% erect leads to a full beautiful flaccid all day,whilst erect jelqing doesn’t.
Switching the days up I.e. 2 days 1 off,1 on 1 off works well.
Masturbation negatively effects erection quality and frequency.
PE seems like it increases testosterone production(Very Horny).This is coming from a 19 year old bber.Overall I have a great feeling of well-being; I do not remember the last time I was sad.It is naive to attribute this solely to PE but it sure as hell seems to contribute.

It is not unsafe. It is just that some people find the Newbie routine to be too much for them. For them a shorter routine will likely produce better gains.

That ADS and pumping thing is a pretty tricky issue. You can easily overdo both, especially pumping (I have) and the bigger reason is, that I think, that you don’t need to do either at this point. You will get gains just doing the basic stuff.
If you still decide to use them now, be cautious, because by overdoing you can easily get yourself
To point where you may not get any newbie gains and only possibilities are moving to harder routine or giving your penis some kind of brake.

I m newbie here, I used to pump for about 6 months before join the forum. I agree with you pumping is so trick you think you are growing but it is just fantasy.what I’m trying to say is pump is waste of time and kill motivation I my own opinion. Newbie routine is wonderful to me

This may be off topic, but what type of gloves could I use for stretching? If I use powder on the gloves what type of powder?
