Linear Newbie Routine

I’m just starting my PE today seriously. Have been learning as much as I can from this website so far and have devised a routine that involves the linear newbie routine and the routine from the “Big Gainer” thread. I think cumulative fatigue is the way to go from my research so I will try it out.

Routine: 5 min warmup in the shower

Jelq slowly 50 times

Stretch in each direction 30 seconds (5 stretches total)

Kegel during the day or after the workout if I have time.

I plan on upping the jelqs by 10 every 3rd workout and adding a stretch or two every third workout. Any thoughts? I will keep updating every few weeks to keep track.

I don’t have time to go through this thread to read all comments. Is the linear a good routine? Many people gain from it? I took about 2 months off and I want to start back slow. So it’s either this or the newbie routine. I don’t mind going slow but I also want to get the most out of my time. Thoughts on what to do?

I´m doing the linear newbie routine but only with jelqs and a few squeezes here and there, adding jelqs and squeezes about every four sessions. I like that it takes too little time to do the routine, my unit gets a nice expansion and my EQ is through the roof! So far so good.

I don´t now about gains yet because it´s about my 15th workout (I´m working out EOD) so I have to wait at least to the 2nd month.

I’m new to this forum, and just started the linear routine posted above only a week ago. I can already see a slight increase in girth but can’t tell a difference to length however, but it’s way too early. Will keep posting the results every week.

This is my first post and I think it’s going to be a long one (pun intended). I’ve spent some time reading and then some more time reading. Watching videos. Looking at dick pictures, (which is weird but I think we all in a way are curious to compare our own awesome dicks to someone else’s dick.

I was reluctant to start PE, mostly due to an anxiety over hurting myself- I.e. Breaking my dick, permanently. So I had to do some soul searching as to risk vs. Reward. It went something like this. I have yet to attempt to measure any gains thus far and I’ll share with you why. I don’t know if I care so much about gains at this point because the gains in my EQ has raised the fucking bar.
