Linear Newbie Routine

I want to start this routine because I see the other newbie routine seems kind of a rush start with having to start at 300 jelqs. Would it hurt to throw in some kegels to this routine?

Not at all.

So I think I will give your newbie routine a try. I’m new to this site and this will be my first real attempt at a enlargement routine. Does this routine ad girth or just length?

How long do you recommend a newbie to stay on this routine?

Or is it more of a if I see gains and they’re not stopping then just stick with it?

I’m going to start this routine. I started with 35 Jelqs today after a good warmup. I did 35 because the first 10-15 I was only 20-40%, while the last 15-20 I was 60-80%

My stats right now are BPEL: 6 1/4” Girth: 4” (although I have measured 3.75”, but that was going soft, I’m still going to measure everyday for a week and see what I get at the end.. Every time I go to measure my dick shrinks!! I was only able to get real measurements once and those were the 6.25/4” BPEL/Girth ones).

I’m going to go 2 days on, 1 day off for a while. Going to keep track of each session and the results in a log along the way, and I took my starting pictures.

Been reading this forum and glad to now be part of the community!

I’m on my third workout with this routine doing 30 wet jelqs and no stretching at all.

I’ll keep you informed.

I decided to start PE with this routine.. But using 10min. Warm wrap before+after.

Just finished my first week on this routine.

I intend to post my gains on my first month using this routine by the beginning of July, probably before July the 5th. So far, I don’t believe I have made any gains, but I took the lightest routine possible :D

started doing it every other day… up to 30 jelqs or so then made a long break (a month maybe) now resuming with around 50-70 jelqs (I don’t count anymore), a few overhand jelqs with very light pressure. Lots of lubbing, 10min. warm wrap before & after. Through the day I work on my BC (by urinating in spurts). I believe it’s too soon to talk about real gains, but I feel that it is more developed, with stronger erections and occasional morning wood.

So can the people who did this post updates?

I have now done this routine for 2-3 months, but no gains so far.

I’m now at 130 jelqs and 10-12 minutes of stretching per workout.

I guess I should just continue?
