Need advice on my routine
PE time over 5 years on and off
Equipment owned- air pump
Gains over 1” in length and .25” in girth
L 6” to 7.whatever G 4.75” to almost 5”
Ok, I’ve been quite the slacker but for the past month or two been at it pretty good. I’ve been getting newbie type of gains.
Nothing set in stone
I stretch everyday in all directions for about 30min.
I do piss pulls religiously. I think they help A LOT.
I alternate between clamping and pumping. I try to do one or the other everyday.
Pump for 20 min 5 min break 20 min 5 min break never over 6Hg and sometimes one more set but not always
Clamp 10 min 5 min break 10min 5 min break and sometimes one more set but not always
I can’t really jelq do to a vein I have.
My main focus is girth and a little more length.
Anybody have any opinions on a more solid routine. I only have a hour to work also.
