Before I even found out about Thunder or PE I would do this stretch when I had cold shrunk up balls. I participate in numerous sports that require revealing clothing and I would do this to make things more comfortable and get my junk out of the way. Glad to hear I was PEing all along :)

Oh yea. Just a tip. I used to pull it either to the left or the right under my thigh, but today I pulled it down the middle and in between my ball sack. It would come up towards my crack and it made all the difference! Much more comfortable. I tried it sitting down on the sofa, so it would be safe.

Damien, I do alot of seated btc stretching, in fact i do sets while driving as well. It does work very well and I have started wrapping with a layer of toilet paper to increase grip and increase stretch, however if I do use toilet paper I keep the stretch less time because the stretch is so intense. I like this stretch without a grip wrap because if it becomes to severe of a stretch the penis just pulls out of it, which I feel might be a good way to avoid injury and to avoid an decrease in elasticity.

I am in no way an expert however, but based on research, i do believe that many strong gainers have had btc stretches in their arsenal.
