Attach is my hanging routine for the month of Jan. I have been hanging since Oct 1. I just want some feedback on my routine and maybe what I am doing wrong so I can improve it. Right now i’m focusing on length. I started off at 6.5 and I think I’ve gain some cm or whatever. I dont measure constantly like most guys do to see if I’ve gained a 1/8 or 3/4. When I see my short term goal of 7.5 on the ruler I will know I have achieved my goal. From my logs you will see I have increase my weights dramatically then lower it down. As I said I have been hanging for a while and I can tolerate the heavy weights. As of late, I’m starting to become lazy and lacking motivation. To make a long story short, is there any way I can cahnge up my routine to shock my penis a little.
