Still's Manual, BTC Lig Stretch
Ok, this is a stretch that I have not seen posted before. At least not with pics like I am doing now. I have been using this stretch for about a week now and it is giving me a great stretch in the base. Feels like it hits the ligs very similar to BTC hanging….which I love….but with MORE resistance than I was ever able to get with weights. You need a prop like a short chair or a couch to set your foot on while stretching on the one side. One side first then the other. The first pic is the initial grip to illustrate how I grip when pulling my penis back behind me BTC. I use my first two finger and thumb of the gripping hand to grab with. Then, I take the other hand and you can either do like I do …depending on your flaccid length and grip behind the first hand or on top of that hand. Again, it just depends on your size. Here’s the first pic. I think these are pretty self explanatory. If not ask away. I hold each stretch for at least a minute and pull back with both hands as hard as I can without hurting myself. Using both hands is the key to this exercise. Also you can do like I do to make it even more effective and straighten your body some against the stretch while pulling back with your hands. Also, dont be silly and let your “LOT” keep you from trying these!!
