Almost everyone thinks more is better and does a bit too much early on in trying PE, ending up with a tired or non-responsive penis. They panic, take a few days off, and everything gets beck to normal.
A few people do way too much and get a very minor injury that would recover with a couple of weeks off, and they have a total stress melt-down, which pretty much guarantees they can’t get an erection, which makes them panic even more, which makes it even harder to get an erection, which convinces them they have got some major injury. Eventually they calm down, and their penis recovers and everything gets back to normal.
Everyone, if they keep doing PE, will at some stage over-train hugely, or get an injury. Many of us vets have had lots of experience of that. Eventually we don’t bother to panic any more, we know to just put PE on the ‘back-burner’ for a while and focus on another area of our life until our penis feels ready to work on again.
So:
Don’t worry, just rest for a few days, then get back to it a bit more gently.
