Erection problems after a week?

Tried posting about an hour ago but doesn’t seemed to have worked?

Found this website a month or so ago and thought I’d try out some of the exercises, I done one of the exercises while in the bath and got awesome results, got up to around 5.5” flaccid, I had the best erection of my life a few hours later, then as of this weekend I can barely maintain an erection, it’s terrifying :O
Have I done something wrong? Usually there is pain involved in an injury right? But I didn’t feel any pain, or is it just tired fro the exercises? Any advice would be much appreciated.

You are most likely fine, just fatigued. Most sudden erection issues are in your mind.

Maybe try stating what your routine looks like to make it easier for someone to help.

Not a lot to go off as of what exercises you have been doing and how much.

But I would assume that your unit is just tired. I understand the first few weeks are exciting and you want to do some sort of exercise every chance you get , but you have to start slow in intensity and duration.

Seeing how you can get an an erection just having trouble maintaining it and no pain , I would say a few days rest and you will be back to normal.

Only done the wet Jelq in the bath, saw the video on here, I tried it ages ago but got nothing from it, looked like he was using more force in the video so I used more force. Like I said, no pain at all, I was doing it for about 15 minutes then rested for a few days then done it again for roughly the same amount of time. Thanks for the input guys, I’m flapping like a turkey here wondering if my units broken haha

I wonder if those videos should be redone because although they show how to do it, the guy doing it does it with a force that’s not suitable for a beginner. It’ll probably mislead people.

It’s hard to believe this happened after one routine, but I’ll take your word for it. You may want to find out if you have an underlying issue, because unless you used a tremendous amount of pressure, your penis should have been able to withstand a two simple jelqing sessions of 15 minutes. I’m my opinion it’s really no more stress than what sex or masturbation session would be on your penis.

It could be in your mind and it might be your penis could be overworked already. You say you jelqed for 15 minutes. No stretches? The newbie routine states 10 minutes jelqing for a beginner. That extra five minutes could have been crucial. That’s a lot more jelqs than you should be doing. It sounds like you are already starting out on the wrong foot. Rest your penis and if you wish to continue follow the “Newbie Routine”, exactly as stated. It’s there for a reason, so things like this don’t happen.

I’d avoid dry jelqs if you’re really new. I find dry jelqs to be extremely hard on me, but they do feel like they work more. I noticed some EQ problem too after just getting back into jelqing recently. I took a few days and it went away. Maybe just make sure you’re not overdoing it. Slow and steady in this race

Almost everyone thinks more is better and does a bit too much early on in trying PE, ending up with a tired or non-responsive penis. They panic, take a few days off, and everything gets beck to normal.
A few people do way too much and get a very minor injury that would recover with a couple of weeks off, and they have a total stress melt-down, which pretty much guarantees they can’t get an erection, which makes them panic even more, which makes it even harder to get an erection, which convinces them they have got some major injury. Eventually they calm down, and their penis recovers and everything gets back to normal.
Everyone, if they keep doing PE, will at some stage over-train hugely, or get an injury. Many of us vets have had lots of experience of that. Eventually we don’t bother to panic any more, we know to just put PE on the ‘back-burner’ for a while and focus on another area of our life until our penis feels ready to work on again.

So:
Don’t worry, just rest for a few days, then get back to it a bit more gently.
