Doing the JP 90 and will be 60 days in but will have to take 11 days off or extremely reduced due to a military camp, will that severely affect my gains?

Does your penis get cold when you pump? Mine doesn’t. I still get discolouration from it. Myth busted? There are several components to discolouration. Lack of fresh bloodflow is one of them, as you find out if you put a tight rubber band around your finger and see what happens to it. But it’s not the only one. :)


Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

No not yet, maybe a bit of newbie gains for girth, but I was a late developer so still am in puberty. It could be that.

After 60 days of doing the routine, your penis will deserve a holiday of 11 days. It won’t do any harm at all. If you lose any gains they will only be in elasticity, which will come back in a few days at most. You may even find your erect size gains slightly in 11 days of rest if you have been under recovering at all. :)

Yay! Thanks for the info, more motivation for PE. Do you advise me doing 5 days and 2 off or 2 on 1 off? I’m looking for an inch or a little more in a year or 2 if possible.

It’s best to experiment and see what works best for you. I think you should start with 2 on 1 off for a little while (and if you feel you need one extra day off sometimes that is OK).

I like things to fit into a week, so my favourites are:
5 on 2 off
3 on 2 off, 1 on 1 off

Depending on what I’m doing of course. :)

Not sure, but I think the following:

2 ON / 1 OFF
1 ON / 1 OFF : If you are targeting girth and doing girth exercises.

5 ON / 2 OFF : If you are targeting length and doing length exercises.

Girth routines estresses alot more the unit and need more rest to heal. I’m on 2 ON / 1 OFF on girth-only routine, planing to downgrade to 1 ON / 1 OFF.


Start 6.8” x 4.7” (4.9" BEG)

Now 7.5” x 4.9” (5.1" BEG)

I see, right now I’m aiming for both but length is more important since I already have good girth. I’ll do the 5/2 and see how it works then. If I feel tired I’m switching to 2 on 1 off since that seems much safer. I’m going for 1-1.5 in length and .5-1” for girth. So I assume 5/2 would be better for that.

:D Haha! I’ve survived this far, so we’ll see how things finish at the end of the day. Although, I’ll be doing my PE right when the timer hits 12:01.
