Hi. Tomorrow ends my second conditioning routine (after 3 months in, will measure tomorrow):

3 sets of 3 minutes warm up (hot wash cloth)
1 set of 30 sec. stretches, left, right, up and down (back stretching but only in the last month)
1 set of 20 sec. helicopter-shake (left and right)
7 minutes dry-jelq
5 minutes clamping
7 minutes dry-jelq

Didn’t notice negative PI (way before PE I always had an discolored/darker penis, I think because I used to masturbate with oils on it). These 5 minutes of clamping raise even more my EQ.

What should I do next (I know these are changes by feeling, looking for opinions)?
Increase jelq? Clamping? Add more sets with same time?

*Looking for girth.

Add sets or bends(low intensity flaccid at first).
I feel like 3 sets of clamps is best in one exercise to achieve max expansion without edema.

Probably will replace common stretches for bends and add another 5 minutes clamping set at the end, and give more 3 months. I’m working now, but If I measured tonight and see some girth gains, I will stick this current routine for while longer (pretty sure didn’t gain girth). Thank’s man.

I think if you want to gauge whats right for you its beneficial to check how you react to a rest day in your routine.

Guys bare with me here I am kinda freaking out. I have recently stepped up my kegel routine and am doing more and holding for a longer time. After a day at class, and lifting, I kept doing kegels relaxing and playing xbox. A little later, I went to masturbate, and I couldn’t get hard. This alarmed me to the point I cannot sleep. I am 19 and this is just a problem that is overwhelming. So is this just a case of me over working those muscles? Or what shall I do about this issue? Thank you so much!

Hi. Been around reading and searching but didn’t find what I’m looking for: about how we breathe on the PE session.

Saw a post on portuguese topic and a fellow user said something that automatically happens to me: on my session, I tend to “contract” my belly and breathe more like “chest-wise”.

Off the PE my breathe is the other way around, more with the belly.

Tried last PE session to breathe with the belly and is not “steady”, specially when clamping.

There’s right and wrong about this or is just be feeling?

The only breathing related tip is if you are stretching, when you want to increase the stretch, do it on the out-breath. Your body will take care of the best way for you to breathe, but you can focus on the breath to help you relax tissues.

So I read one of the side effects of pumping could be coldness. That’s interesting considering it’s pretty common. I suppose this contributes to discoloration of the penis to? Because if your penis is going cold then fresh oxygen isn’t getting inside your penis. Which would result in Cyanosis, darkening of the skin because of oxygen deprived cells. :) Am I right?
