How do you guys warm up? I usually do 5 mins of hot water, but i might make myself a rice sock. But i don’t know how to use it, do i put my dick inside the rice sock? Or put it over? Try to wrap it around? Never had one, so I’m not sure if the wrapping is even possible. :D

You wrap the rice sock around your penis. Obviously the sock can’t be too full or it won’t wrap.

I use an IR lamp, but I think microwaveable gel packs are very good too. They are basically just a gel filled ‘rice sock’ anyway :)

So I think what I picked up on some pages back, is that jelqing works because we are regularly deforming/compressing our CV’s? If that is true, do we not want to deform / compress our CS’s?

If the above is correct, then it follows that an overhand grip should be more effective than an ok grip as more pressure can be directly applied to the CV while the CS is not as engaged (with added benefit of staying away from your unit’s nerve bundle). Is this difference in how we provoke the two tissue types needful because of the different natures of the two types and therefore the CS responds negatively to deformation / compression (or perhaps just not at all?)?

And if the above is true, is the consensus that a V-grip is superior to the overhand and ok grips as you can functionally leave your CS out of the equation even more so during a jelq (and my experience seems to indicate this - just don’t know if I should be leaving my CS out when the initial methodology of jelqing that is taught, involves starting with the ok grip which seems to maximize deformation / compression of both CV and CS).

Lastly, assuming all of the above is at least partially correct, if we’re laying off the CS as some have seemed to recommend, what mechanism then is causing the CS to grow along with the rest of the penis (else-wise, our dicks would begin to take on wicked downward pointing scimitar shapes from the uneven growth of our top tissues (CV) lengthening / widening while bottom tissue (CS) remains the same??

I’ve just read about kaatsu training, and P.E is the first thing that came in mind. Do you guys think the same principle applies to penis exercises like jelqing?

If you look this up on Amazon or google it has many benifits. My dad got one (Not for PE) and then I was convinced I needed one..

Anyways, I used it on my junk and tonight I was rock hard during sex. Like ROCK hard highschool days.I’ve never taken viagra but I’m sure it has like that same effect..

My routine today was:
10min heated flax seed sock
Directional stretches, 4 per 90degrees. For 10 seconds each
Then into penimaster pro.

While in the pro I decided to use the wand on my junk for like 10 minutes 0_0 while in the device.
I won’t tell anyone to do this but I had an INCREDIBLE EQ jump.. And lasted WAY longer EASILY..

So I guess my question is, would a wand like that really work for PE or EQ?? Or was it perhaps something else?

Because of finals and unexpected house guests, privacy has become a foreign term. Prolonged jelqing sessions will be put on hold for now. Is there a quicker exercise I can do once or multiple times a day to get some gains?

No. PE takes time :) . I suggest you do some ‘piss pulls’ every time you go for a piss though!

I used to but typically I don’t have a defined warm down session anymore, I might take a bath or lay with the heating pad, or nothing at all…

Won’t be more efficient when compared to hot washcloth or microwaved rice-sock, because most of the heat will be directed/diluted to groins, legs, hands, arms, testicles and belly.

In my opinion, the ideal warmup should focus the heat entirely on the penis.

Been using spacer heater for a while, but as constant heat while executing the exercises. If there is no other way for you to warmup, heating things up with spacer heater is better than nothing.
