Hello guys, I have a question. When I’m doing jelqs, I grab my penis from its base and I start to jelq, but there are some points of my penis in which I feel like there is a lot of blood and some that I only feel the muscle itself (to say it in that way). By the time I do my jelqs, my penis starts getting erect but it never gets fully erect, its erection point is one that I can bend my penis’s head easily, but at this erection point, I feel the whole penis with blood, but I can’t feel that I’m moving the blood towards because it is already fully of blood. When I get to that point of erection I stop, and wait until my penis is a little bit flaccid again so I can feel I’m moving the blood.

My question is; what should I do? Should I keep doing jelqs the way I’m doing them? Or should I do them in that erection point where it is not fully erect and I can feel I have blood in my whole penis?

Try the second one for a while. Do not exceed 80% erection tops.

Videos are mostly for illustration. General recommendation is to stay at 3 or more seconds per stroke.

3 seconds minimum and you are good. Videos just show the exercise. Pressure on the sides only. Do not put pressure on top of the penis and under. I am saying this because watching the videos may give you the wrong idea. Pressure only on the cc left and right side of the penis. You should squeeze only there.

If your PI’s don’t decrease, it won’t affect gains. (And yes, this question has been asked about 800,000 times. In fact it’s probably firmly ensconced as the #1 “most-annoying-and-often-asked-question!) :)
For future reference, the :search: function is a great help. Read lots. There’s so much information available just for the looking.

2nd question: I personally believe that any activity that increases overall improved health, stamina and well being will help with PE. I also think that anyone who is committed to a healthier lifestyle is more likely to stick to a serious and successful PE regimen.

Yes. EQ is dependent of a good heart and blood circulation. Overall health is required and adds up to our penis integrity: sleep, water ingestion, diet, mental health etc.
