What’s the purpose behind tracking your flaccid stretch length?

Also, can you reduce the fat pad that hides some of your length? Or is it something that everyone is bound to have?

Even with the minimum percentage of fat in your body you will always have some fat pad in that specific place.

It’s generally the very last place your body will lose fat, so you have to get down to an extrememly low body fat percentage to substantially reduce it.

I don’t have much time for surgical penis enlargement because it is inherently risky, (and frankly lazy because manual PE will give you the same gains much more safely with only a time investment), but you could have the fat surgically sucked out, which would likely be safer than normal surgical penis enlargement techniques and give a little extra visible length. It would look very odd though unless your body fat percentage was already very low, in which case it wouldn’t yield so much of a result anyway :shrug:

Yeah, my body fat percentage is pretty low. I’ve always been pretty lean, however have gained a little weight recently. I’ve been hitting my abs harder in the gym, so hopefully that can make a difference.

Working the abs are good. But if you want to get rid of belly fat it’s all about cardio and good eating habits, consistently.

Haha I’m well aware. I just refuse to do cardio and prefer to do things the hard way :p Besides, I get enough cardio at work. On top of that, my body doesn’t really retain fat. I can gain the fat, but I can lose it in a matter of days.

I have a question my house is under construction so I won’t be able to do PE for two weeks, what should I do in my down time? Since I stopped PE I’ve been getting frequent morning wood and night wood.

Take a two weeks break. Do nothing. It will benefit you.
