I think i agree useless! Being 5meg gives a great length visual but post routine at around 5.3-5.4 it looks much more balanced.

I think it is great. If it is NBPEL then you are already long and with 5” EG you look even longer!
Also if you like things like oral and anal then you should not have problem with this girth, and it is also enough girth for vaginal sex.

The only time you ever need to change a routine is when you stop gaining from it.

Hey guys, complete newbie here. Literally just found this site today and decided to start!

My big question as I’m starting is - how do I make sure I jelq properly? How much pressure should I be applying on my penis (I.e. How tight my grip is)? And is it okay if my erection state changes midway and I take a short break to let it get back to the ideal state (sometimes it goes full erection and I wait it out until it reaches about 60%, or it goes flaccid and I slap it around a little bit)?

And as for stretching, none of the guides seem to be making this clear, but should I be completely flaccid while stretching? Or is having an erection better, as long as I don’t stretch too hard?

Stretching is done completely flaccid.

Jelqing can be done effectively from around 40% to 80% erection, with the ideal being in the middle of that range (60%), but it doesn’t matter if you don’t keep to 60% all the time.

You should feel that you are pushing a ‘wave’ of blood along your penis to the glans (head) - if you get that feeling your grip is about right.
If you imagine dipping a smooth stick in runny honey, and using your hand to ‘squeegee’ the honey off the stick, that gives an idea of the feel of what you are trying to achieve, and the grip strength needed.

Thanks! I had a feeling I might have been gripping too hard my first time, I was basically squeezing as hard as I could.

One more question regarding stretching, does having too much foreskin make a difference? For me I have so much that it’s not possible to get a grip on the penis itself, I felt like I was stretching the skin more than the penis. Is that still okay as long as I manage to pull the penis along a bit, or are there ways to make it work proper?

I’m circumcised so not the best person to answer that. A lot of guys with plenty of foreskin like to dry jelq, and effectively use the mobility of the foreskin for slide instead of ‘lube’.

It doesn’t make a difference for stretching. Pull the foreskin back and grip behind the glans with pressure on the sides.

It seems like you dove in head-first, fascinationmaxx. Take some time to read the fundamentals (and the warnings) before you start your routine.
