Haven’t measured in 6 months. But sex (which has always been great) is improved since starting PE 6 months ago. Ease of erection, hardness, and visually bigger.

At 50-something, 14% body fat (per DEXA), feel great. PE is nice add-on to my overall health routine. It’s completing the picture for me.

Even with 50 hours/week managing my practice, and family, I find it worthwhile to make the time to PE each day. Good return on investment

Thursday & Friday: stretching (bungee, 2-4 sets X 20 minutes)

I’ve started to use ace bandage as a wrap. Easy on/easy off

The shaft - especially at base - feels “relieved” during the extended stretch. Good type of feeling. As though the tissue has been constricted and is now being returned to its normal state (i.e., a lengthened state).

Bungee stretch and hang: BTC (5 lbs for 45 min over 3 sets) and 1 set X 15 min of SO / SU

Yes, there is an opportunity cost of rotating exercises too frequently.

I gave up hanging couple of months ago because I was concerned about PI. I wasn’t having a huge problem, but did notice some diminishment.

So I switched to pumpIng. Although I need both length and girth, I need length even more.

The difference this time in my stretching with a bungee (or hanging SO as Monty calls it) is that my primary angle is straight out and not BTC. SO with a bungee has a completely different feel to it. My dick feels worked but not shell shocked afterwards. I’m hoping that this has a different physiological effect on my EQ.

So far, in the past week or so, everything is great down there

I am a disciplined and consistent person in so many respects, but I recognize that part of my personality that wants to continue to change it up in order to see some dramatic effect. My goal is to be disciplined enough to stick with this bungee stretching for at least the next 60 days

I measured today. I’ll get another couple of measurements over the next couple of weeks for confirmation and will update my signature.

Bungee stretching continues to go well. 2 sets of 20 minutes per day is all I can do now without ruining PI and EQ

Aiming for 5 on / 2 off.

Updated signature below. 0.75 inch gain in length over 6 months. EQ improvement is definitely the main contributor to this.

I’m taking the weekend off. We’ll see on Monday if I can push out the rest a bit longer. A week would be nice, in theory. If I can’t bring myself to do that, maybe just a light week of PE

Continue to do 2-3 sets of SO hangs/stretches with bungee daily, 20 minutes each set. Mix in a OTL, SD or BTC now and then.

Bungee length corresponds to 6-9 pounds of resistance.

I keep heated ThermiPaq on the exposed shaft throughout. Stretch is good.

10 kegels during each bathroom visit during the day.

Erections are 8 to 9 (in terms of ease of getting and maintaining). Remain hard consistently through 30-40 minutes of sex, 2-3 days per week.

Everyday this week: SO stretching/hanging with bungee and hot Thermipaq on shaft. 2-3 sets. Shift the hips now and then to get OTL angle since that hits things adjacent to shaft near pubic bone.

ADS afterwards for 4-6 hours

Will measure again in mid-to-late September
