Sojelq Shrugged

Meant to do my PE this morning, but girlfriend was frisky and found another use for my dick.

So did my PE this afternoon (after a long hike in this northern California heat wave):

75 jelqs under IR heat lamp. Some squeezes as well.

Monday 6/27:

Excellent morning wood, strong and frequent erections. I’ve noticed that the girth near glans is bigger. Although base is still more pronounced (only a bit), my dick is looking more like a uniform pipe throughout.

Looking forward to measuring in August so that I can put some numbers to what I’m seeing. But trying to just enjoy the process and not interested in becoming a measuring junkie.

Took me 20 years to figure out that looking at my 401k balance every few days made no difference and that I should just tune in once every 6 months or so. My dick is no different. I enjoying PE’ing. Measuring every 4-6 months should be enough. The day-to-day measurements are just noise.

Stretching: 20 minutes, mostly inverted v stretch over 2.5” diameter jar, but also SD and SO. Heated throughout (heating pad)
Pumping: 23 minutes (heated under IR heat lamp; 10 min at 3 hg, 13 min at 5hg)

Reached my goal length in cylinder within 5 minutes of pumping (key is to enter the cylinder erect).

This morning’s session:

Pumping for 33 minutes (10 min X 3hg; 23 min X 5hg); cylinder wrapped in heating pad
Jelqs: 100 slow, light-to-medium grip.

Later tonight, BTC manual stretch for 5 - 10 minutes in hot whirlpool.

I’m packing the cylinder’s width (1.75” X 8), but reluctant to get a new one until I see a bit more length or until I get some discomfort width-wise. Today’s length under vacuum hit my goal (I use that as a PI data point). As long as I use heat and I have good all-around PI, my dick is elastic enough to grow length-wise to a mark on the cylinder that I measured a while back at 6.75” or so.

The dick’s width just below the glans (while in the cylinder) looked wide and full and the overall dick looked fairly uniform throughout. Developing the look of a good pipe.

Jelqing: 10 minutes under IR heat lamp (that is, 10 minutes of actual jelqing, but it took me 20 minutes or more in total because I kept getting too erect and had to wait - several times - for it to subside).

ADS: 6 hours; SD (I used the phallosan connected to a stretchy cord that’s wrapped to a knee brace tied below the patella tendon).

I know right, that happens to me all the time too. What level of erection are you jelqing at? Working on girth or length right now? And how do you determine which exercise is helping you gain when you do so many different ones?

Crusher - yeah, I’ve gone back-and-forth to see what feels effective. Tried different exercise. Since moving on from the newbie routine, I’ve been inconsistent. Recently, I’ve started to zero in on what makes me feel good, and what seems to work.

My routine has started to gel around just 3 exercises: jelqing, stretching, pumping.

My goal is overall growth (length and girth).

Regarding erection level, I prefer to jelq when it’s plump, but there’s no rigidity at any point along the shaft. Not sure what percentage to call it, but there’s a point at which the dick can be bent, squished and it will flex. This allows me to see each stroke push blood and cause tissue expansion.

I think jelqs (regular and jelq squeezes, clamped jelqs) and stretches to be the keys to growth.

I still pump 3-4 days per week. Pumping doesn’t cause any negative PI, and in fact seems to help keep me aroused for the rest of the day. I may get some benefit from it as well (as others have), although from my reading, the jelq anb stretch likely are the keys to the kingdom.

I gave up hanging with my Bib a few weeks ago and won’t return to it for a while. Negative PI (even though I was using low weights).

I’m also not sure if I want to keep the ADS in the mix. Monty talks about keeping a mild stretch after PE to have things heal in the extended state. Sounds appealing, but I wonder if it isn’t adding to fatigue.

I always use heat. Heating pad, IR heat lamp, hot tub.

Friday July 1:

Jelqs: 10 minutes (one hand clamped at base, the other s-l-o-w-l-y jelq towards glans; relatively firm grip).
Pumping: 20 minutes @ 4hg. 5 minutes rest. 20 minutes @ 5hg (in hot whirlpool)

The hand clamped jelqs were more of a combined jelq and stretch. Really elongated the dick and left it plump.

Thanks for the extended answer Sojelq. Looks like I’ll just keep stretching and jelqing then and waiting for results haha. I might even have to dial down a little but I’m using constant heat now and that seems to help recovery quite a bit. Your observation on plump-but-flaccid jelqing seems to be a current trend… Maybe the basic videos should be updated. Keep it up!

Having stretched, jelqed and pumped today, I feel quite horny. Penis is relaxed, plump, and easily aroused.

The stretches were BTC and inverted Vs. Top portion of the shaft felt elongated afterwards.

3 on, 1 off seems to be working.

Hand warmer wrapped in a sock and stuffed into my shorts all day has kept things warm and loose all day. I just do this on the third consecutive day of PE. It helps with the recovery process.

Difficult to arrange to always have sex on the off days, so some days see more activity than others. Relations with my Mrs. has been pretty consistent at 3 days/week for the past 7.5 years. Compared to my first marriage which averaged 3 days per month, I’m more sexually active today in my early fifties than when I was in my twenties, thirties, or forties.
