Started to PE in Feb 2016. Started at approximate 5.75 non-pressed erect length x 5 EG
Excellent health; good physical condition. Very consistent in everything I do, so no issues with commitment to my plan.
After 3 months on Newbie routine (very consistent 2 on; 1 off), I stopped jelqing/manual stretching and started hanging with very light weights on Bib starter.
Also bought pump from LA Pump (cylinder is 8 x 1.75).
For the past 30 days, I’ve been consistent with pumping 2 or 3 days in a row, then 1 day rest. Worked up to one 30 minute session (3hg for 10 minutes; 4hg 10 minutes; 5hg for 10 minutes).
I use heat (either in whirlpool tub or I use IR heat lamp that I got from Lowes for $20).
Also, I hang for 3 sets of 20 minutes for 2 or 3 days on, and 1 day of rest. Worked up to 5 lbs BTC. No interest in moving the weight up too fast or too much. Getting a good stretch, and goal isn’t a strong unit. Just a long one.
Happy with this program for now. Pumping and hanging.
Stealth PE’er. Don’t want the girlfriend to know - - in her kindness, she’d say something encouraging even if not true. So I keep it a secret so that one day (I hope) she will say something on her own.
