Started to PE in Feb 2016. Started at approximate 5.75 non-pressed erect length x 5 EG

Excellent health; good physical condition. Very consistent in everything I do, so no issues with commitment to my plan.

After 3 months on Newbie routine (very consistent 2 on; 1 off), I stopped jelqing/manual stretching and started hanging with very light weights on Bib starter.

Also bought pump from LA Pump (cylinder is 8 x 1.75).

For the past 30 days, I’ve been consistent with pumping 2 or 3 days in a row, then 1 day rest. Worked up to one 30 minute session (3hg for 10 minutes; 4hg 10 minutes; 5hg for 10 minutes).

I use heat (either in whirlpool tub or I use IR heat lamp that I got from Lowes for $20).

Also, I hang for 3 sets of 20 minutes for 2 or 3 days on, and 1 day of rest. Worked up to 5 lbs BTC. No interest in moving the weight up too fast or too much. Getting a good stretch, and goal isn’t a strong unit. Just a long one.

Happy with this program for now. Pumping and hanging.

Stealth PE’er. Don’t want the girlfriend to know - - in her kindness, she’d say something encouraging even if not true. So I keep it a secret so that one day (I hope) she will say something on her own.

Consider adding some jelqing back into your programme. Between sets on the hanging and pumping is good.

Memento - Yes, thank you - - good idea. I think I will add jelqs back into the program as you suggest.

Regarding gains, I promised myself I wouldn’t measure until my first 6 months have been completed. That will be in early August 2016.

Although I haven’t measured erect length or girth since starting last February, I can say, though, that my EQ has improved. And that’s what brought me to PE in the first place. I found my erections weren’t quite as good as they once were. But within the first 30 days, EQ went back to where it had always been (and that was quite good).

My flaccid since starting PE varies from being longer and fuller than pre-PE (perhaps about 1 inch more in length), to just a little bit better. But gone are the days of major shrinkage while flaccid which I had all my life.

Measuring all the time will drive you nuts and quite honestly human tissue varies from day to day. A great idea is to wait months or as in my case never measured until I stopped and went on maintenance. I knew I was bigger and that’s all I needed to know.

Today is a PE rest day.

I started the day with a microwaveable heating pad to keep things loose and promote healing.

Tonight is date night with the girlfriend. So my unit will get some exercise after all.

“date nights” & Jelqing made me cum even faster especially after a workout… I had no solution to fix this. I also had told my x that I was PEing (we lived together) which I think added to the mental pressure. Just a warning.

Heating pad warm-up for 5 minutes.
5 minutes jelqing
30 minutes of pumping (10 min at 3hg; 10 min at 4hg; 10 min at 5hg). Wrapped cylinder with heating pad and kept it toasty throughout the session.
5 minutes jelqing.
Heating pad afterwards for recuperation.

Packed the cylinder width within 5 minutes of starting. For the final 15 minutes in the cylinder, I hit my length goal (approx 6.5”) and maintained until my 30 minutes of pumping were completed.

Thanks Titleist. I read your entire thread, and when I finished about 3 months on the Newbie routine, I added pumping because your writing inspired me. Your consistency and your results are what I’d like to mimic. (You also appear to be a class act, which for anonymous internet stuff, is very refreshing!)

Warmed up in hot bath for 5 minutes.
Sat on edge of tub and did 5 minutes jelqing
30 minutes of pumping (10 min at 3hg; 10 min at 4hg; 10 min at 5hg). Cylinder under hot water for entire session.
5 minutes jelqing.

After about a month of pumping, it’s only been in the past few days that the thick/plump flaccid has stayed around until the next day or beyond.

Got up a bit late (5am), so missed my window to do some hanging. Girlfriend gets up a 6-6:30am so didn’t want to get caught in mid-hang.

So instead I lathered up with some coconut oil and I did 150 Jelqs (slow, purposeful, medium intensity).
