Active rest day (meaning no jelqing or stretching, but lots of time with hot Thermipaq). Lots of activity with the girlfriend. My unit needed rest, but I’m not going to turn away my tall, slim, brunette just because it’s not a PE day. Dick is tired tho. Hope I can PE tomorrow

Lehman and associates (1970) studied the effects of heat and stretching on rat tail tendons. The results indicated that heating alone produced no significant elongation and that stretching alone produced no residual elongation.

Significant elongation occurred if heat and stretch were combined. A greater increase in length was maintained if the stretch was held during the period of cooling since “reorganization of the tissues is thought to occur during the cooling period.”

Overall, the most effective method of producing a plastic deformation of connective tissue was to apply a sustained stretch during the application of heat and to maintain the stretch during the period of cooling.

“Other studies dealt with the subsequent elasticity of the connective tissue, i.e., ligaments and tendons, after the application of ice. Doctor Mennell felt that this was due to the decreased sensation, which enabled the patient to stretch out muscle spasm. Others felt that stretching was best achieved in the “cooling stage” after “heating” by use of hot packs, massage, or ultrasound.

Therefore, for best results, stretching of the part should be maintained while cooling the tendon. This was found to produce a longer-lasting increase in length than those treatments in which the stretch was stopped after heat was applied.

So bottom line — more consistent use of my ADS following heated PE. Not sure I need ice for cool down. Temperature decrease from heated PE to room temperature should suffice.

PI seems good. Ease of getting/maintaining full erection is fine. Flaccid has been better tho. Wondering if manual stretching (and I include ADS as part of this) is giving me the same issues that hanging gave me (and if I should therefore eliminate outright or just shorten my stretching session?)

Nice, plump, relaxed flaccid all day. Heating pad really kept the cylinder toasty. Wrapped it more tight around it — keeps it warmer. BPEL in cylinder 6.75”-6.875” for most of session

Evening: jelq 15 minutes (including hand clamp at base and slow jelq with other hand. This allows for a nice hybrid jelq/stretch without ligament involvement)

Kept the bungee (and my dick) only lightly stretched since I haven’t done this in months. Next time I’ll measure the length in order to monitor the tension.

Put the heated ThermiPaq right on the shaft. Maybe I’ll use the IR hat lamp instead

Good alternative to stretches with my hands (it’s easier, and I can multi-task)

Stretches (bungee, 2 sets of 20 minutes, SO). IR heat lamp for first set. ThermiPaq for second set.

ADS: 6 hours, SD using knee brace and phallosan.

Long, floppy flaccid afterwards.

Oh — and measured bungee between 38-40 inches — this length provided good tension for now. Good reference for the future — no rush to increase tension of stretch too quickly. I’ll just be patient and do SO, OTL a bit (as Monty advises), and perhaps brief fulcrums too.

Sex last night….was great. Felt particularly hard and full. The smile on her face the whole time made me feel great.

I got into this originally because EQ had been in a sight decline. That has been fully reversed. So if nothing else, PE has worked quite well

Today: stretch 20 minutes X 3 sets. (Bungee SO, but a little OTL and BTC too)

Also, jelq for 10 minutes in hot tub
