I am starting my exercise thread finally.
Start January ‘08 BPEL 6.25 EG 5 EQ 7 newbie routine

Feb. ‘08 BPEL 6.5 EG 5 EQ 9.5 newbie routine

March ‘08 BPEL 6.75 EG 5.10 EQ 9-10 newbie routine

April ‘08 BPEL 7.25 EG 5.25 EQ 9 newbie routine

Since the start of May I have changed my routine. I have now started to do a morning routine where I do 10 minutes of heating then inverted v-stretches for 10-20 minutes then another 10 minutes of heat. While I’m doing the inverted v-stretches I do apply a rice sock while I’m doing the stretches. Then in the in the evening I heat for 10 minutes, stretch for 5 minutes, jelq for 30 minutes, then heat again for 10 minutes. Then I do fowfers while watching reading or watching tv. I do fowfers for a couple hours. I would guess I do fowfers for almost 3 hours a day. I also do fowfers on my days off.
I can tell I am bigger than I was last month. I am waiting to measure on the day of the month I’ve chosen to measure on.

I will of course be following closely, looks like you have been accelerating your gains even, nice work. I think the constant heat is a great idea, keeps things loose and pliable. Are you going to continue with the O bends at all?

I love “V” stretches and “A” stretches, I also your a rice sock between stretches. It looks like it has been working for you.

Obviously you’re sticking with manual exercises jb, instead of jumping to clamping or hanging. Any particular reason why? Are you going to exhaust the manual exercise options before you move on to assisted PE? A and V stretches target the tunica more correct?

Thanks y’all for responding. TheContinental, I am not doing O bends, just what I stated above. Ever since I’ve started I constantly was told by others to no change anything if it continues to work, then I would read about keeping your dick guessing. So after I measured in april I decided to do the inverted v-stretches. Yes I do feel like it targets the tunica very well.

Kingpole I don’t use the rice sock between stretches. I apply heat for 10 minutes then while I’m doing the inverted v-stretches I apply heat again. So I keep heat on my unit while stretching and I find it keeps my unit warm and easy to manipulate.

Today I’ve done my stretching almost as soon as I awoke.

I am a competitive body builder in my spare time and my fat pad does vary as I diet or don’t diet. There are 2-4 shows coming up in the summer I am getting ready for and I am dropping weight right now. I recently lost 30lbs and plan on losing another 30lbs in the next 2 months. I think this will increase my EL, but I don’t think it would increase my EBPL.

How much did the fatpad go down with the 30lb weight loss?

I’m not sure how much it went down as I do not really carry my weight in that area as much. It did go down some though.

Today was a rest day, no PE at all.

So I have not been able to PE for a few days. One of my best friends broke up with his girlfriend of years and hasn’t left my house. I can feel that I have gained some length though. One of the girls I was with this weekend constantly told me how bigger she thought I was. I am looking forward to getting back into my routine tomorrow.

My friend just left my house, now I can get back to PE. Right now I’m heating with a rice sock for 10 minutes, then I will do the inverted v-stretch followed by heat. I plan on doing the remainder of my routine a couple hours later. I don’t want to do the exercises to close together.

Finished my routine today. I didn’t take the recommended amount of time between exercises, but I had to exercise before I go to bed. So I am sitting around reading some of the other posts on this site and I was seeing that some people are saying that after about 3 months of the newbie routine you can move up to a more advanced routine like hanging. This is the first time I’ve heard of this. I was always told that you should keep with a routine until you stop gaining. I have been doing the newbie routine for months and just recently started to do my current routine. It’s almost been a month on the new routine and I do feel like I’ve gained. I’m still thinking about starting to hang soon though.
