Well last night I was sitting and noticed how my dick felt bigger to me in my hand. I decided to measure (even though I am not supposed to measure till the 15th of next month) and I was surprised on the results. I had measured on the 15th of may, and I thought I hit my short term goal, but I didn’t want to put it down until I was sure. So I saw the measurements and the reading on the ruler was 7.6 BPEL. I couldn’t believe my eyes and I was so excited to be able to hit that mark. I measured three more times and I was in disbelief. I am not going to put this down in my signature till the 15th of next month. It may even be a different number at that date. Oh and I can’t sleep, this sucks.

I finished the first part of my routine today. Stretching is good some days and some days it doesn’t feel as good. I think I am going to analyze my day in order to determine why sometimes my stretch varying in the way it feels.

I finished the second part of my routine today. For some reason, unbeknown to me, my routine doesn’t feel as effective as a few days ago. I am not sure if I am in need of a decon break or I’m just over thinking it. I hope tomorrow will be a better day with my routine.

I did the first part of my routine today and the stretching did feel better than yesterday. I am also getting ready for a bodybuilding show this summer and I am about to start my diet. I met with my nutritionist today and we devised a proper diet. I only need to lose 20-30 pounds, so it’s not that intense of a diet. Well I am going to do the second part of my routine later tonight.

Well I was sitting around today, had the day off of work, and I decided to measure. I did measure before, a few days ago and found out I had surpassed my short term goal of 7.5. I didn’t think it was accurate because it was after exercising so I decided to not input it in my data page. Well today I measured and I was 7.6 BPEL. This was amazing to me, but for some reason I just wasn’t feeling as good. I guess it’s because I am hoping to be around this size, but NBPEL. I know this is a long process and I am fortunate to have such good gains so quick, but I still just feel down sometimes. This is not going to deter me from continuing my exercises and I’m sure I will feel better tomorrow or so. I’m sure once I hit my goal I will be content.

I did the second part of my routine tonight. I have to work for two days so I won’t be able to do any PE. I will be wearing a ADS. I recently found one that works for me. I am not sure if ti is the wrapping or the device, but I’m glad I have something that works for me. I am a little upset at myself for measuring before I was supposed to so I am going to try not to measure till July. We will see if I can.

I wore my ADS today for about 9 hours. It’s one that attaches to my leg and I am able to wear it under my uniform while I am at work. Well I am working tomorrow also and I won’t be able to PE except for using the ADS.

I’m on vacation and taking a break from PE. I thought I would be able to wear an ADS, but I’ve been so busy with my son that I couldn’t even think about wearing it. Well I am going back home on sunday and I will probably start PE on Tuesday, I have work monday so I can’t. I may wear an ADS monday at work though.

You’ve got impressive gains for such a short time. Congratulations!

Could you give some more details about your first four months when you did the newbie routine. In particular, did you increase the routine over time as suggested? How much and how rapidly (how many jelqs, how much stretching each month, how many days a week)? I’m a bit over a month into PE, got some gains, and I’m thinking if I should increase the intensity or continue with the current one. I sometimes feel light soreness on off days (great EQ though), but I guess that goes with the job and doesn’t indicate that I should decrease the intensity.

No, I didn’t increase the time as suggested. I was so bored with jelqing for 20 minutes that I couldn’t think of increasing the time. Eventually I did increase the time to 25 minutes of jelq and it gave me NI’s so I decreased my time back to 20. I don’t know the number of jelqs I do, but as I said I jelqed for 20 minutes and the strokes were 3-5 seconds each. The stretching was only before the jelqing as the newbie routine stated. Also I did the 2 days on, 1 day off as the newbie routine instructed. I really did follow the newbie routine exactly. Anything else I can do to help, please ask. Best of luck to you in your gains.

OK, I’m going to resume PE tomorrow. I haven’t done anything for almost a week and I feel my dick grew. I’m not measuring any time soon, but I just feel it’s bigger. Well I am looking forward to getting back to exercising so I can continue on my journey.
